Windsor Focusing on Friday's Criminal Pre-Trial Hearing

With less than 48 hours remaining before Windsor's pre-trial hearing on Friday, November 20, 2015, Bill feeds his followers a flurry of Facebook updates.
The first of Windsor's Wednesday Facebooking frenzy:
*yes, raped, that's not a misprint*
*Windsor has to do it all, he does not receive any assistance from any assistants. (You several staunch supporters, that have tirelessly and unselfishly been giving of your time to help, with your knowledge and experience, your own resources, doing hours of research citing case law, drafting briefs and motions?  You may want to keep that screengrab of Windsor's appreciation to you. #zip #zero #zilch)

Seems reasonable to any normal person, however, the offer is deemed absurdly unacceptable by Windsor.  So what does he do?
*Windsor claims he responded to DA Jennifer Clark's email:
Windsor's supporters commiserate in the comments throughout the day, then, kapow!  Harry J Shelhamer drops into the comment thread, announcing that he's considering making a trip to Montana just to visit District Attorney Clark at her home, even visit her ______ family.
*Windsor should be very proud to have Harry's support.

Then, later on Wednesday evening:

full Facebook day of whining and moaning about the residents of, the University of Montana, the Judges in, the District Attorney for Missoula, Montana, Windsor then spins his compass South, and makes a plea for a favor from any of his Facebook friends in or near Waco, Texas.
Why?  Windsor took a Facebook break, checked his email, and TaDa!
Incoming!  Incoming!
From the State of Texas Tenth Court of Appeals:

Below are several of my own personal  favorite key words and phrases from the TX10th CoA:
•There are a number of inaccuracies in your Notice...The Court will not attempt to respond.
•....you ARE required to comply with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure in your communications regarding pending cases, of which you have several.
•...Rule 12 does not apply to your request.
Threats
•...your baseless allegations...
improper
erroneous
I can't choose which is the better BillButthurtBitchSlap DA Clark's closing remarks in her email, or the Texas 10th's last paragraph.  Both are equally worthy of adding to the Wall of Shameful ProSeBaby Billl Windsor's Stupidity.
With just the additions from the past 10 days?  Is there even wall large or sturdy enough?  It's not Friday, yet, and in Windsor's very own words, "Friday is usually the day",additional space may be needed on the wall at the close of the business day tomorrow.

    1. That's an old, old Texas joke that someone in or from Mexico hijacked and butchered in the retelling. I don't have a problem with the joke, but Windsor's sharing of the photo, especially with his crowd, is reprehensible.

An Arlington, TX police officer was shot several times with an assault rifle in a Dallas residential neighborhood this morning. He was working on an assignment with the DEA. He's going to be OK. I doubt Windsor had any influence on this shooter. But I think Windsor and anybody else who thinks it's open season on judiciary and police officers should feel free to go live where laws are ignored and rules of human decency and common courtesy are non existent. Like, Syria or Somalia.

    2. The joke was all jacked up, my grandfather told that story more than 20 years ago. Way was the point of the gruesome photo? There isn't one, other than Windsor's freakish fetish for gore & violence.
I heard about the officer in Texas, wasn't another officer in California shot and killed today? I just caught the last of that news story.
Windsor is so disgusting and he isn't veiled or by and thru about it either.

    4. Update on the Arlington cop: he was trying to plant a tracker on a suspects vehicle. A neighbor saw the cop, who was undercover, in an unmarked vehicle, in the dark, messing with the vehicle. So, he opened fire. Under TX law, there may be no charges filed against the shooter. The case will be heard by a Grand Jury.

    5. Yes, an officer was specifically targeted and executed in California last night. Again. I'm sure Bill was jumping for joy. What Bill posted was a stupid, old "joke" that's been circulated around forever with a "current" picture from the 2013 murder of a Mexican federal police officer by drug cartel members using machetes. Think about that. That is Bill's idea of a good "joke" story about police brutality - posting the picture of a police officer chopped to death with machetes by drug cartel members, pictures of someone's SON, HUSBAND and FATHER (Eloy Vinicio Sánchez Bonilla, age 45) who was horrifically killed while risking his life to protect others, a form of honor Bill cannot even begin to imagine. He is absolutely without conscience. Bill, you have never accomplished a single, memorable, honorable or brave act in your life. You are a coward, a hypocrite and and a complete scumbag. While these officers run toward gunfire, toward machete wielding drug cartel members, toward suicide bombers with explosives strapped to their chests, you wear a bullet proof vest to film yourself sending an email. You buy a gun to drive across the country and hang out outside the house of someone who disagrees with you. You are the very definition of a domestic terrorist and anyone who encourages and supports you is the same. You think this is a fucking game?! You've crossed some pretty serious lines in the past few days. You smell of desperation. I know how these things usually end, and it's with Pietard being scraped off the sidewalk while the officers go home safe and sound to their families. You're playing a very dangerous game, Bill, and you're endangering a lot of innocent people. I hope you're prepared for the consequences of your actions. Upon information and belief, this is my opinion and is not a threat. Merely an extremely well informed opinion. Sleep tight, bitch.

    6. Update on the CA cop's death - he was in his personal car, not in uniform and did not have his service weapon.

"Wednesday night's shooting of an on-duty cop initially sparked fears that he was the victim of an ambush, but authorities later said the attack was a botched robbery by assailants who didn't realize he was a police officer."

      http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-downey-police-officer-killed-20151119-story.html

It's surprising he didn't have a weapon. All of the cops I know own a small arsenal and keep at least one gun in their personal vehicles. Some TX departments require that officers carry a weapon while off duty.

That's the ProSeBaby right there. Refuses to follow court rules and procedures, buries the courts under mounds of frivolous, ridiculous crap that have nothing to do with what's going on, just another "WAR" tactic to force them to address his ridiculousness, giving him more time to fire frivolous rounds of Billshit Bullets their way.

I'm doing this all by myself? Yeah, aint that a Billshit slap in the face for all those who have helped him? in the same day...uh, can anyone go fetch frivolous documents for me to support my frivolous appeal? That should have been dismissed months ago, per the courts own dates? How's getting leave going Windsor? Oh, that's right, you withdrew that request, and decided it would be much more fun to bombard the appellate court with other various frivolousness in hopes they'd forget their own timeframes. Lets see how that works out for you...

    1. His entire "all by myself, all alone" pity post? That was ungrateful and rude, even by Windsor standards.
I remember reading Michael Warken made several comments indicating he'd sent stuff to Bill to use. Warken said something to the effect "that must have been helpful getting some of the charges dismissed, glad I could be of help to you". And that snoozer woman bragged about all the stuff she had done to help Bill. I hope they see that post of how Bill is saying he's done everything all alone and they don't ever help him again, or anyone else.
Bill has been making Facebook posts lately like he's talking to people he just met. "If you don't know the story of Bill Windsor, read this link" and there's new people commenting that haven't been in the past. Has his core groupies dumped him all of a sudden? If they didn't, they should now since he's saying none of them had ever done anything for him

I see the crypt troll crawled out of her box and is still taking bets that these charges won't result in trial. I guess she didn't understand or comprehend the DA telling Windsor she can appeal the previous dismissed criminal charges...

Which I'm thinking was the nice way of telling him, they will be appealed and the other court records clearly defining the confusion from the typos along with Windsor's admittance of KNOWING he could not print, post, share, or anything ON LINE about Boushie in the post claiming they should arrest him to see it that got the media attention he hasn't gotten yet...yeah...gloat away troll bitch. 1. It's hysterical how quickly Windsor's opinion of Montana has changed in such a short span of time.
Windsor certainly was not complaining when he was scurrying to Montana to stalk the Boushies. Windsor was delightfully giddy regardless of the dark of night, severe thunderstorms, blazing heat, pouring rain, blinding snow or dense fog. Nothing was a bother to him during the 'climax' of his self documented stalking tour. Windsor was so blissful and proud to be on his quest. So much so, that he wore a flak jacket that he duct taped lettering on the back of, to draw even more attention to his activities. Windsor would attempt to tell anyone that came near him exactly what he was doing, and for those not in close proximity, he uploaded selfie videos of himself on what he himself termed "stake out" to YouTube and then posted those on his .com and Facebook page.
Windsor was "delighted", the amount of time, any obstacles, expense were of no consequence to him then. The pure joy in his facial expressions, the twinkle in his eyes, the happy chuckling in his voice while he chatted with himself is apparent in the videos.
Fast forward> Now? Windsor is despondent, depressed, doesn't put himself in front of a video camera several times a day as once did. Windsor is now posting to Facebook as though he's trekked up Mount Kilimanjaro on a unicycle from Antartica.
9 hours! Boohoo, poor Bill Windsor! Wasn't too long ago that the same Bill Windsor sat, staring and filming Mr. Boushie's vehicle half that amount of time.
Somehow, I am doubting that the judge or the prosecutor will be sympathetic to the inconveniences Windsor is having to endure to attend any hearings in Missoula, Montana.
Windsor probably will not be donning his filming costume to broadcast outside the courthouse what transpired during today's criminal pre-trial hearing. That? Is so disappointing.

      Delete
    2. Exactly! All Windsor's poor choices. He has to drive to get back to MT? His own doing. He knew he had to be there, and I thought he even said he wasn't going to leave until after this pretrial conference. So, why did he leave? If it's SUCH a big inconvenience for him to drive? That's his own fault.

Now the other part that has me SMH constantly is the fact he continually posts how he is "dizzy" and can't seem to keep his car on the road. Almost hit one lady, ran off the road when hunting for the prison, etc. Has his driving improved? Are his hands still all shakey? The prosecutor should watch today. If he's shaking like a one man earthquake she really should have the deputies follow him when he leaves just to monitor his driving. I honestly don't think he's a safe driver to be on the road in normal driving conditions. If there's snow everywhere? Holy crap!! There's no excuse if he hurts someone. He's said it far too many times that he's a danger to others.

The arrested suspect in this story is accused of killing 6. He is being held on $2.5 million bail. Bill Windsor director for Lawless America was arrested and held on over $4 million bail for tweeting. So please do tell, where is the justice in the judicial/justice system?

He's such a liar. He was held on $1 million each on 2 warrants from 2 states - 1 + 1 still equals 2, $2 million. The guy accused of the mass murder in Anderson County is being held on $2.5 million from ONE department. The mass murderer wins, his bond is more than a fugitive from justice. And Windsor forgets to mention, he was released on a PR bond. He didn't have to pay a penny, all he had to do was just sign those papers...

  21. Yes, the Right of Facebook! Except, not. It's a private company, not a government service, and they have those pesky terms of service regarding community standards. My friends and I have had great success in making the argument over the past year and a half that the gory bodies of officers killed in the line of duty used as memes and jokes and to incite (not news) violates the community standards of Facebook. Facebook actually made the wrong call on this shit when Cop Block first started aggressively posting pictures of dead cops. That lasted about a minute and a half until a higher up with half a brain realized that a very broad silent majority of LEO families, military families and just, you know, Americans with the slightest bit of empathy, were offended.

So, Bill, was the joke worth it? Are you going to scream first amendment rights and corruption? It's not even a clever joke. And you could have just posted the words and all would have been well. It was when you posted the actual mutilated body of Officer Eloy Vinicio Sánchez Bonilla that you crossed the line. It incites your mentally unstable followers and desensitizes others to violence. And it hurts real people, the red blooded and blue blooded families of this officer.

And now (oh, irony of irony), you have cut off your own lifeline, your only "family" and any form of socialization, plus your number one route of propaganda and lies. For thirty days. Leading up to the "trial of all time." I predict you go insane from lack of an outlet for your spewage. If Bill Windsor can't post in a forest and there is no one there to hear him not post, does he make a sound?

(On another note, on the officer killed in Downey, he was in his personal vehicle parked AT the police station when he was gunned down. This is not truly being considered just a 2-11 gone bad).

    1. And this is why I have always believed he created or commissioned the creation of his parent's websites for himself. Classic narcissist definition includes the over-involved mother and the approving father. So mother dies taking his approval with her and father dies without ever approving of him. Necrophilia isn't a stretch from there where the person with low self esteem fears death and rejection. They turn the fear into a fascination and try to find a lover who can't say no. Juxtapose that with his other hobbies including stalking and apparent pedophilia leanings--he is unable to deal with rejection, and controlling people makes his tiny self feel powerful. Without his outlet, I agree he will go insane.

(On 2 side notes? First, I loathe CopBlock. Secondly, my sincere sympathies to the officer's family, friends, community and LEOs he worked with, he was so well liked by so many that spoke very fondly of and with great pride in knowing him. I'm not certain what source the other commenter above has referred to, this news article I read was this: http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-downey-police-officer-killed-20151119-story.html )

The "stretch" is in suggesting that anything Windsor has done reaches THAT level ^^^ of perversion. Except for stalking his detractors, there is nothing in Windsor's behavior to support for any of that. It's out of line, IMO.

    5. We might also want to remember that Bill is an exhibitionist. He wants to be the center of attention and feed on the shocked emotions of others. He also wants to break the law openly and defiantly. So it is rather disturbing that Bill's exhibitionism includes incidents of him hurting people and dead bodies. I'm guessing that his facebook audience allows him to act on desires he may have previously repressed or hidden from even his family members.

KayKay, please add this as a comment on the snow article: Bill Windsor wants everyone to go to www.LawlessAmerica.com as he will write an article about today's hearing. He is suspended from Facebook for 30 days for posting an article that he didn't post. The hearing today was interesting. Judge James A. Haynes was horrendous in abusing Bill up one side and down the other. But, the GPS monitor has been cut off. And the judge almost pleaded with the prosecutor to dismiss the two misdemeanors, but she won't. Bill believes that is because his case for malicious prosecution would be much stronger if she did. So, January 5-6, 2016 is the trial. Judge Haynes did agree to let it be filmed!!!!! Bill will now be posting regularly at www.LawlessAmerica.com

    SMDH. That is all.

It's his group, organization, PAC, Non profit, whatever the fuck he wants to call it. He is the leader, therefore he is responsible regardless of whether his fat, bloated stumps pushed publish or not. If he wasn't leading anyone, there would be no need to post.

He's such a scummy POS Narcissist. Always with the blame game.

      Delete
    4. I agree with the commenters above, suspended from Facebook for 30 days is a harsh penalty for Windsor. It appears that he's dictating his posts to his groupies. That may get ugly messy as the groupies jockey for the LA Facebook posting position, not even 24 hours in and it's already humorously entertaining.
Mr. Windsor could broaden his social media use and begin using Instagram? or SnapChat? Both of those platforms would give him the opportunity to dust off the camera equipment in preparation of filming his trial of the century. I can just imagine the envy among the more mature ladies "look! Bill snap chatted me from Fudrucker's!" The competition could be fierce.
I'd thought of him taking to Twitter, but he has been there, done that. The Twitterverse is brutal anyway, he's too easily offended, tweets can't be edited, re-edited or re-re-edited, add in that the 140 keystroke limit per tweet is problematic (there is TweetLonger ™ for the more long winded tweeters).
I'm also imagining Mr. Windsor running the courtroom video-equipment while ProSe-ing himself. That's going to be tricky. Will he cross examine himself, while using 3rd person-speak and be maneuvering a remote for the camera(s). Will the judge, the prosecutor(s) wear clip on microphones? Will contracts/release forms have to be signed prior to filming? To say Mr. Windsor will be multi-tasking is an understatement. Facebook's suspension is really in the best interest of Mr. Windsor now that I consider all of the preparation necessary for filming the trial adds. Whew, the traveling for the holidays, trial prep, filming of trial prep, dictating Facebook status updates, whipping out articles for his .com, continuing to volley with the Tenth Court of Appeals... That's an exhausting task just listing those and I am probably only skimming the most obvious.

      Delete
    5. What company is allegedly filming this? I have to wonder if the permission was for filming in general or if it was designated to a specific company.

I thought there were rules that only legitimate film companies were allowed to film. Windsor doesn't have a legitimate company. And for him to claim he will be loading it to "youtube" for viewing? Really?

Does the Jury get a say in that? Where their image is blasted on an Anti Government channel with who the hell knows what kind of commentary by Windsor? Since he "reports" bias, defamatory content on a regular basis, I'd be concerned with his slant towards the Judge, DA, and Jurors, not to mention the witnesses. Are the Stalking videos of Boushie NOT proof of the continued harassment towards him, his wife, and the University?

IDK, just seems there are some key points missing from Windsor's take on yesterdays issues.

      Delete
    6. "Abusing Bill"? That's his narcissism talking -- which can't handle criticism or rejection. I'm guessing what happened was, Judge Haynes cut Windsor off every time he tried bringing up his "woe is me/the world's against me" tale ... and sternly reminded Windsor he'd determined the protection order WAS valid, and that Windsor must follow the rules while in court. I really hope Windsor DOES order (and actually pays for) the transcript. I don't think he will -- unless someone else ponies up the money for it, because God forbid he spends his OWN money on this stuff -- but it would be an entertaining read if he does.

And Windsor himself won't be handling the camera. He's not capable of THAT much multi-tasking. If he can't find some underpaid college students to do it, or teach one of his "groupies" how to run the camera, I suspect he won't film it at all. Then he can say, "See? The world's against me, it's all a conspiracy -- because of the Joeys, no one helped me film this!" Or maybe he'll surprise everyone and actually do a halfway decent job. I'm not worried about him editing any portion of any video he manages to shoot -- his videos on YouTube aren't that brilliantly edited now. Everyone will see and know what really happened in the courtroom.

BTW, Windsor (since I know you and your "groupies" check out this blog regularly), you might want to get some diazepam or other calming drug now. Your red face and neck, shaking hands, and quivering body will be a scream to watch .... especially when Jennifer Clark slaps you and your "defense" to the ground by the second day. LMAO

I was giggle snickering just reading the BillSchit version of Judge Haynes verbally bitchslapping him. Too funny! What grown ass man claims he's been 'abused' by another man? Good Lawd!
Among several 'nuances' in Windsor's version, one was after being in a meeting with DA Clark for an hour, prior to the hearing, he seemed softened toward her, no venom directed at her, as previously. What is glaring to me is Windsor's being a perpetual victim, everybody everywhere is picking on him. How humiliating it had to be for a judge, another man, to look him in the face and tell him he sees that Windsor loves drama, how Windsor's self created 'saga' is a circus and he wished Windsor would just blow off the misdemeanor 'trial' and get out of his state and stay out. Judge Haynes didn't realize with that "get out & stay out", Windsor will now be drawn to Montana as if a magnet were up his ass (kinda like when he was stalking the Boushies)
There's too much humiliating stuff to even go over!

The more I contemplate that statement, the more ridiculous it gets. If Windsor was really helping the lemmings, working to make a movie or working to make a living it would be a different story. His "work" is what? Nothing more than producing paper fairy tales to keep other people running in circles so he can feel better.

I would have loved to watch Judge Haynes' face when he told Windsor they are cutting off the GPS. Go. Just go. The only catch is don't come back. We know one of his legal experts has no idea of criminal law, but I wonder if Windsor thought to check what the statute of limitations are for the 2 remaining charges. It might be worth it to just go. I don't believe there are any states that will extradite for a misdemeanor charge. Should be fairly easy to steer clear of MT until the statute runs. But what does Windsor do? He has to continue his "work". In the dead of winter in MT. Making up more fairy tales.

  23. Found this today while surfing; remind you of anyone?

WHAT ARE THE THREE TYPES OF STUPIDITY?

Confident ignorance – This is when what someone things is their ability to do something outweighs their actual ability to do it. This, the research found, was associated with the highest levels of stupidity.

Absentmindedness – This can also mean 'lack of practicality', perhaps because they weren't paying attention or weren't aware of something.

Lack of control – This is when someone just can't help themselves. They feel, on some level, that they have to do something, or they have lost the ability to do otherwise. For instance, this can describe someone who cancels plans to go out with friends to keep playing video games at home.

  28. Evidently, the judge listed the things that would get Windsor a contempt citation and time in jail, WHICH left Windsor with absolutely nothing to say in his trial. This certainly included Windsor bringing up the validity of the protection order. That's what Bill's so upset about. I'm certain the judge is serious about those warnings. Allowing Windsor to get away with anything prohibited during his trial would indicate the judge has lost control of his courtroom. That's not going to happen. I'm guessing Windsor will take the judge's advice and just not show up. He has at least a month to spin up some story to tell the lemmings as to why the trial of the century won't happen after all. Jennifer Clark can still appeal the judge's ruling on the felony charges too. The Montana Supreme Court has made it's opinion on the substance of that ruling clear. Clark could get it reversed. She probably won't out of respect for the judge. Without the felony charges being reinstated, I doubt Windsor will return to Montana for anything other than taking selfies of himself at Fuddruckers to taunt folks in Montana. They'll ignore those because they aren't idiots.

To the contrary of his conspiracy that the courts are out to get him, Montana just told him how very worthless he is. They will even let him run away from the law, provided that he actually does. And what about those Lemmings? Why don't they tell him to flee for his life? Why should they? What has he done for them lately? He is worth more to them as a martyr than as a living person.

    3. An out, he was gifted an out.
And, you described it perfectly, Windsor is so irrelevant that he isn't worth Montana's time, resources or even putting in jail, judge told him to just go and why. Not now, not Windsor. Couldn't throw in Montana for nearly a year, as soon as they tell him to get out? Complete 360. He stayed hid out for months, evading, but now he's more than willing to go to jail? Judge was right. Windsor does love drama. The judge gave him the solution, but noooooooo, not now. Windsor has to make it much bigger than it is.
If Windsor did take the judge's advice? There would be no reason to NOT finish the movie, to NOT get on with with his life. Windsor needs the diversions, the drama or he'd have to actually do something with the clusterferbuffle of YouTube videos aka the MOVIE he's been gonna finish for 3 years.
If Windsor's supporters do not now realize that the MOVIE is merely his lure to keep them giving him the attention he desperately craves? They simply choose not to. That is just so pitifully pathetic.

    4. Uh, I've read many articles about the Richardson case and as sad as the outcome was, there was no "Wrongdoing." Laws were not broken regardless of the spinning drama stories.

The police released her, but told her she could stay the night. She chose to leave. Now, if they would have forced her to stay, that would have been against her "Constitutional Rights" right?

There is no pleasing people who just want someone else to blame. None. Yes, the outcome was sad, but the fact that it's sad, doesn't prove "Corruption." Windsor has interviewed numerous people who complained about being 'misdiagnosed' with a mental condition. So, what if this Richardson was kept on a psych hold? She would have said they had no rights to do so, since she was originally charged with not paying a restaurant bill. No reports I've read claimed she was acting in a manner that would cause concern for her safety or the safety of others. Of which, is reason to place someone on a 5150 hold. She exhibited none of that. She may have been acting strange, or saying strange things like saying she was from Mars, but under the "law" they couldn't place her on hold for that. (otherwise Windsor should have been locked up numerous times for phych evals) So how do these LE win? If they hold people, they get blamed for Windsoresque "wrongful incarceration" but if they leave and something happens, they are also blamed. Then we get the sue crazy, conspiracy documentary theory crowd looking to create drama out of nothing for self promotion.

    5. Thx, Ninja. You are exactly right. LE, just like CPS, can't ever get it right with these people. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

  33. And about that guy that might be going to jail for "collecting" rain water and snow melt:

"Yet Paul admitted the 1925 law does apply because, he said, Harrington constructed dams to block a tributary to the Big Butte, which Medford uses for its water supply.

“There are dams across channels, water channels where the water would normally flow if it were not for the dam and so those dams are stopping the water from flowing in the channel and storing it- holding it so it cannot flow downstream,” Paul told CNSNews.com."

    3. Future ex lemming:

Charles Younger He wasn't just collecting rain. It's perfectly legal in Oregon to collect rain that falls on rooftops, for example. This guy built a couple of 10 foot tall dams and another that was 20 feet tall. His reservoirs had boat docks and boats. And he was sentenced 3 years ago in a case that was decided in '07. This isn't something that just happened.
