Same Windsor Song, Second (not amended) Verse *VS* of Infintity

This may have surpassed song & moved onto more of a Soap Opera.  Like soap operas, you can miss months, years and then tune back in, and within minutes, you're caught up.
Let's go back in Windsor Time.

It started as a Movie, became a mission, a movement and a Revolution.  That’s what Bill Windsor said about Lawless America in a conference call with his followers.   Windsor uses the term "We" when discussing with the followers of Lawless America, their plans, agenda, or efforts.     But the movie was an after-thought.   Windsor lied when he claimed Lawless America started out as a Movie, and grew from there.  That is a LIE.   He was always out to expose "Corruption" by getting the masses behind him.

Bill Windsor hates the Judiciary, and has mocked it across the US with numerous civil and federal suits.  Windsor claimed on one of the numerous "Lawless America" Facebook pages--that shows a "launch date of Dec '07--that he discovered "Corruption" in 2006.    In 2010, Windsor was leading weekly conference calls for people interested in his courtroom exploits, antidotes and legal instruction.   In one discussion he "QUIPPED"  that if there was no way to get people to understand they are all victims of corruption, he would travel all 50 states.  In a conference call on December 2, 2010 Windsor noted that many were afraid to organize the group, because they might be called "Terrorists" and be "Killed" or "Imprisoned." Windsor said that David Schied suggested one person handling each state, with Schied handling Michigan, and Windsor said he thought it would be better for one central webpage, meaning Lawless America. He then stated that he would be going after the Justices of the Supreme Court.

Windsor followed through with his plan to go after the Justices of the Supreme Court.  Using his legal failure, he gained the attention he was seeking.  In 2011, after SCOTUS ruled against his three petitions, Windsor wrote an article posted on PRNewswire titled “U.S. Supreme Court Issues Landmark Decision: Constitution is Void”.    Windsor claimed the PRNewswire article caused 10,000 people to contact him within a week, which grew to well over 50,000 people wanting to tell their stories of "Corruption."

Between 2011 and 2012 Windsor was growing his followers, he set up a Facebook page for "The Revolutionary Party."   The page states "The Revolutionary Party is a new political party created to save America from the dishonesty and corruption that is pervasive in government."    And while the names have changed over the years...the initial group "GRIP" was born in name. "Government Reform and Integrity Project" was the original name thrown into the ring.   But Windsor changed "Project" into "Platform".   GRIP was to be an "Umbrella" to all the other various names Windsor would operate to "Expose Government and Judicial Corruption." (Not sure why he wanted a new name like "GRIP" when he had been using "Lawless America", which with the paid PRNewswire article, he claimed jump started the masses of followers.)

Windsor claimed the idea to travel all 50 states resurfaced again in 2012 and he “QUIPPED” that maybe he'd take a camera.   Windsor stated in April '12 on his "Vote Bill Windsor" youtube channel, that he was running for US House of Representatives. "Bill Windsor is a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from Georgia's 6th Congressional District. Bill is an independent candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. Bill is America's Candidate. Rather than spend his time asking for votes campainging door-to-door in Georgia, Bill is driving to all 50 states taking testimony from over 600 victims of government and judicial corruption. He will present this evidence to Congress."

In a video posted in Nov '12, titled "Please help save America," Windsor wrote the following under the Youtube video:  "Our country is broken due to the corruption of judges and our government officials. It is essential that we educate our fellow Americans to the crisis that our country is in. Matters are far more serious than they were in 1776. We must SAVE AMERICA."

But Windsor also said this in the Nov ’12 video: "Please help save America" and "Lawless America is just the name of a website and a movie" with the added "Lawless America doesn't have a bank account."  In the descriptions for the "documentary" he states this: "Lawless America is a documentary film that is exposing government corruption, judicial corruption, and law enforcement corruption."

It’s interesting to note that Windsor’s travel to all 50 states was not his first nationwide travel adventure.  In 2003 he took a trip advertised as "Round America," which had the same logo as Lawless America and appears to have received funds through a pay pal account." In 2008, in the midst of litigation with M.O.M, Windsor appeared to get bored, and set up an entire flicker account for his pictures. (Much like he is doing now, in the midst of all his criminal and civil suits, he's revamping Round America once again)    The donate to Lawless America page went to the Round America pay pal.   Windsor stated that all donations proceeds to Lawless America would go to fund GRIP.

Bill Windsor said "It started as a Movie, became a mission, a movement and a Revolution." Going back again, Windsor said in  2010 that he had thousands of followers, but also said that he gained tens of thousands more from the 2011 "Constitution is Void" PRNewswire story. In his M.O.M case, he stated he was being targeted for "Exposing Government and Judicial Corruption" and was being targeted by the Government in an assassination plot due to this exposure. Got that? It was a Movement/Revolution that needed some propaganda to generate notice and more followers to get to the millions Windsor was attempting to grow from the start--in order to be the majority party, and became the never ending promise of a "Movie."

"Our saga will continue tomorrow..."

  1. BOOM!! What a liar!! Years growing his revolution attempt, vs a few month of alleged "Movie" making? He said in the recent brief to the 10th in TX that he became aware of the haters in late 2012. How the hell does a guy start filming in June '12 and then claim the damage happened a few months later? NOPE!! No way!!

I also like this part "Bill is America's Candidate. Rather than spend his time asking for votes campaigning door-to-door in Georgia, Bill is driving to all 50 states taking testimony from over 600 victims of government and judicial corruption." HAHAHA yeah--about that movie again? Bahahaha not only does it appear to have been propaganda for the "Revolution" (whatever name it is) it was also a Campaign trick!

Just look at all his slanderous crap about ALL the haters. It's for promotion.

He's got no merit in his cases, so he can scream, cry and whine how corrupt the courts are when the kick him out, or throw him in jail--which all goes back to how he started out. Whining and crying about "Judicial Corruption" on the WWW (thousands of domains owned by Windsor) for MEDIA!!

    2. Windsor and his closest buddies have never been honest about how and when they met. But the ones on the Grip board in the pre-lawless days were some of the last remaining followers. They wanted money and Windsor didn't mind the company of women willing to degrade themselves. Cox was also working for Galloway/McDermott (Maryland Court Watch) and sold their services to a Mark Sapperstein in 2011. Both of these women have access to computer equipment and judging by the number of comments Windsor has posted on the web asking for help (on his sites and on company help boards) it is clear he needed computer geeks. Remember he also originally had Ryan set up all the websites for the family company as well. Bill doesn't have the patience or the tech skills for what he is claiming he wants to do. Arrest his friends and very quickly Windsor will be silenced by his own ineptitude.

      Delete
    3. We should also note that McDermott and Sharon Stephens also claimed they were running for Congress. There are probably a few others, as well. So either this was all to give themselves some semblance of credibility (while taking donations and seeking attention) or points to some vain plan to work together in the unlikely event that they could all get into office.

      Delete
    4. I think the early, master plan was to get into office. Some are still trying to get elected, like Jon Roland.

      Delete
    5. I thought there were a few others from the 2010 group who were also running for some office at one point but Windsor turned on them and kicked them out. One that stands out in my memory is Don Bailey. I think he was one who was running for Pennsylvania AG.

I agree Ida, that it appears their game plan was to have people get into office, so that would help with the whole get the treason game rolling.

Windsor trashed Bailey on his FB and that irked many of his followers because it appeared that Bailey was widely liked.

  3. I had not seen the document you posted yesterday and I'm only just now reading it. It's interesting that during the MOM days Bill claimed he was a federal witness in need of witness protection. The laughability of Bill Windsor ever keeping his identity secret aside; we have to wonder why Bill stopped referring to himself in this manner. Now, he's begging for police officers to guard him in the court room only! As for his family, apparently they were not too worried about themselves that THEY would go into witness protection. None of them have even changed their names despite the divorce, and the estrangement and oh yeah Windsor was only Bab's married name, and a made up name to boot!

    BILL WINDSOR'S LIPS ARE SEALED.
Bill Windsor is not known for keeping his mouth shut. He has quite a bit of news about the Joeyisalittlekid Gang, the corruption in Ellis County Texas, and the corruption in Missoula Montana. But he simply must not let the bad guys even have a hint about what he now knows.
Bill has not had a zipper installed in his lips, but he has gone into no-contact mode. He is not speaking with anyone right now, and he is limiting emails and the like.
Bill has asked me to convey that he will share some of this information when he can."

  5. Windsor's got nothing on anyone; it's just a marketing ploy to keep the few remaining followers interested. I'm guessing he's making final preparations before he makes a run for it ... probably either to Europe or Mexico. I really hope Montana or some other authorities had the good sense to flag his passport.

We all knew this was coming. Windsor has no defense for the stalking charges, and he knows it. He also knows there's a real possibility of doing hard time here. And, he's too much of a coward to show up in court and possibly lose. So, he'll do what he's always done when he can't get his way: He'll scuttle off, leaving a trail of filth and slime behind him like the little slug he is.

This guy should NEVER have been allowed to bail out.

    1. "I really hope Montana or some other authorities had the good sense to flag his passport."

Who's to say he only had one? He seemed to be able to play P.O.B. hopping. Got several, with no permanent address--even though he keeps trying to pull off the SD one as a permanent residence because the address is not standard POB # xxxxx which means he could possibly have a few drivers licenses and passports. I wouldn't put anything past him.

The GA courts figured out that game with him long ago and told him to give a physical address. I believe he does this so he can't be served. He tells the POB people not to accept service, in-fact a few things went back to courts with "Undeliverable." Nice hu? He's a manipulative liar.

    3. This is when he becomes a dangerous man. When a man of his background decides he has nothing else to lose, nothing to live for and would do anything not to face the consequences of hurting so many people. Law enforcement probably expected this stage in Windsor and let's all hope that they have him monitored.

    4. In spite of Windsor's well publicized assertion, the Constitution is not void.

      Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

MT had to let him go. Windsor has not been convicted of a thing.

      Delete
    5. Not if he's a proven flight risk they don't. They let Billy out only because he waived extradition and agreed to wear an ankle monitor.

    6. And they could have picked his tankass back up again when he continued to stalk and harass--especially when that person was an uninvolved member of the public who simply called the police.

    7. I hate to be argumentative, but, from where has Billy fled? How has he been proven to be a flight risk? He was charged with crimes in Montana during a time when he wasn't even in Montana. Was Billy even aware of the Montana charges before he was arrested in Texas? They let Billy out because he was arraigned, bond was set with conditions, Billy made the bond and met the conditions.

Thankfully, our government can not hold people without probable cause. I'm happy with the 8th and 14th amendments, even it means some no good, scoundrel of scammer and stalker is free on bond while awaiting trial.

Why not just back up the comment at 9:42 about "Billy"? Discuss it like the adult you should be. If you are thinking that "Billy" fled from Texas, he did not. Texas let him go. Why? Because he was entitled to bond.

      Delete
    11. Billy fled from jail because he couldn't stand getting picked on by people who didn't give a crap about him or his money. Billy could have gotten out on the very first day they decided on the bond but Billy wanted to pretend he was dead broke. Had he not fled jail he would have been safe and sound in jail to attend the hearing he also fled from. Historical revisionism will not change that he is and always has been one to run away.

      Delete
    12. Actually 6:51 he did violate his conditions of release, thus his warrant, then fleeing and re arrest in ID. If he didn't violate it, why didn't he go back to TX? Why wasn't he in Jail in MT? Direct violations of the bond release. He had two options and he didn't do either one. Windsor's excuses won't fly, didn't fly and that's why none of his HC cases went anywhere.

Anyway, if they did visit him, then we have only Bill's assurance that they visited him only because of Lawless and not because of the many other indiscretions in his family.

    7. That's so cool that the #FBI chats with you about who they have "visited".
      Pffffffftttttt

    8. That's so cool that you don't know how to read so you assume things I didn't say. Pfffffttt yourself. They told me no such thing, but if you want to think that they did tell me who they visit, then that is your prerogative.

    9. I also had same perogative that it was cool the FBI told you, whoever you may be, anything at all. Who knew the FBI was so chatty?

Bill Windsor--YOU JUST GOTTA LOVE PLUTO
    The Planet with a Heart.

Uh, where has he been? Pluto was demoted from "Planet" status years ago. And this guy wants to be the Leader of a Political Party? How embarrassing!

    2. Uh...actually Pluto is a dwarf planet (like Windsor, short and pudgy, with a few lunar-tuners orbiting around him).

    3. LOL!! Yes, but he didn't say Dwarf planet did he? At this point I think it's virtually impossible for him to put out anything but false information.

    4. Anon 7:02, I agree with your assessment of Windsor's veracity completely; on the other hand, Windsor may have been referring to Disney's animated dog character for all we know. Recall: he fell on tropical ice and was drain bamaged.

    5. Yes, but he didn't post the picture to attribute it to the Disney character he posted the ex Planet.

Bertrandt was even giggle snorting! "Mom! Pluto was demoted! It's not a real planet! We learned that in school in 5th grade!"
Windsor is still familiar with Google, correct? Or Bing?

      ^^ ^^ hoofs up!

    10. IMHO, I think '' Not Bill" has been posting the last couple of days while "Real Bill" runs ...which if someone other than "Real Bill" is updating, posting as "Real Bill" on Facebook that is a problem as it violates Facebook's TOS ... that is his Facebook page, profile and only he is responsible for the content on it. I hope his page/profile is reported as "hacked" and he has to provide Facebook with a copy of his photo ID with address included and prove to Facebook that indeed he is Bill Windsor and this is his page/profile/posts. Another problem is using his personal Facebook page to gather personal info like IP's etc ..... via links to LA on his Facebook page that are infected with spyware. That too is against Facebook TOS. If, he is on the run and "Not Bill" or someone else is at the helm of his Facebook page, Facebook will deactivate his page until photo ID is provided as I mentioned above.

    11. Facebook's lawyers can do what they want to do, but the antidote to Bill's lawsuit is the incredible amount of leeway they have given him. He still has so many duplicate and now abandoned pages with pictures that have been repeatedly reported but that they will not take down.

    12. Ah, that's too funny, lunar tuners. But so true!

  15. "Bill Windsor has arranged for people to take over his duties should he be sent to prison"

What a vain little man to think he can control his dying cult from inside a jail. FLDS is a full living cult, but it didn't work for Warren Jeffs. Neither Cox or Galloway want to step fully forward. Both have remained mostly in the background for all this time because they have something to lose in trying to lead a national following. Cox is always one step away from her own arrest and Galloway is too sick and scared to be seen in daylight. And nether of them would take orders from him from his jail cell unless the money was good and constant. Most of his other followers have jumped ship and those that remain are not strong enough in themselves to even support Bill, much less lead a national campaign. Bill has had several years to teach them how to be leaders, instead he taught them to be non-questioning followers who do nothing but wait around for him.

  16. I keep thinking about that lawless America association. The entire setup from its formation to the logo with those highway dashes. From the contracts signed before it was a company to the frivilous "I've got a trademark" and "send us money" scandals. Why is it that nobody ever "associated" with the lawless never take heat for any of this?

    1. Most of those who flocked to LA had no idea what was going on. LA is just one name among several Bill used and he incorporated the logo from a previous family owned organization. Yes, normally an organization is responsible for the damages a company or employee causes. Bill associates with people who have something to hide as an insurance that they will never turn on him. Those people and his family should be held responsible.

  17. I know several FBI agents, one of them a very close friend. None of them have ever told me anything about their work and I'm pretty sure it would be an insult for me to ask. The guy who's a close friend will say no, he can't get those days off so we can go fishing or whatever, but that's the full extent of it. I'm not saying all FBI agents are so closed mouthed about it, but I think most of them are. No one likes talking about work. Screw work. If it was fun or interesting they wouldn't pay us for it.

  18. I had an appointment to speak to the FBI agent in his building. It was called a conversation. We made no secret that we were reporting Windsor and his activities. It's not my fault that people assumed that these reports were only online.

    1. Windsor forgot some of those that support him and that he filmed had similar circumstances as his latest subject he's posting about on Facebook. Some of the comments on one posted link empathized. Windsor won't like that.

    2. He seems to only be reposting stuff that someone drops in a comment. If it appears to be a hot button story, that's when he writes up an article. Well, that is if he can figure out a way to spin it to his anti government flaming side.
