Yawn! New Year, Same BillSchit, On the Road. Again.

Bill Windsor updated his cover photo.

GOING "HOME," GOING "HOME," AFTER 15 MONTHS AS A POLITICAL PRISONER, BILL WINDSOR IS GOING "HOME."

South Dakota?

No.  Texas.  Nevermind where he legally claims his residence is, Texas is "home"!

Then?

LAWLESSAMERICA.COM HACKED AGAIN.

I'm on the road and can do nothing now. Same hack. Site is being controlled by someone other than me.

I am quite certain I know who did this because of continual efforts to hack seandfleming.net

Ummmm hmmm, sure, let's go with that.

Lie

Then, next...

BillSchit gets all badass with Ellis County, Texas

>eyeroll<

"No response to my request for a hearing in Ellis County Texas on some of the corruption pulled on me there. Here's an email that I sent yesterday:

Judge Ermatinger's Clerk:

Please schedule an evidentiary hearing for me on my Motion to Dismiss in Case #90744. If possible, schedule the hearing for the week of January 18, 2016. I anticipate that it will take four hours.

I will need to come to the courthouse when the date is set so I can pay for subpoenas for the following people:

Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson
Ellis County District Attorney Investigator
Ellis County Clerk of Court Melanie Reed
Deputy Ellis County Clerk of Court Kate Roberson
Ellis County Sheriff Johnny Brown
Ellis County Sheriff's Department Captain Terry Ogden
Ellis County Deputy Sheriff James Cook
Ellis County Deputy Sheriff Cheri Lujan
Marriott Hotel Desk Clerk (name to be provided)
Judge Cindy Ermatinger
Judge Cindy Ermatinger's Clerk Melissa
Judge Bob Carroll
Grand Jury Foreman from January 2015

Please confirm the date by email to bill@billwindsor.com"

But...wait!  Bill needs a buddy to go to Ellis County, Texas with him!

What?  Where are the 7 he bought/bonded out?

"If there is anyone in the Dallas area who will accompany me to Ellis County, please send me a private message. I could be arrested when I go there, so I'd like to have someone join me just in case."

Well, duh, who wouldn't jump at the chance to go to jail with Windsor?

FACEPALM

  1. I just posted this on JIALK, but I think it's just as fitting here: He has seriously gone off the deep end. He really, really wanted to go back to jail. As he said, it would be the perfect ending for his movie. And the perfect excuse not to finish the movie. But they didn't give him what he wanted (jail time), so he's going to bait the authorities in Texas on the warrant for jumping bail, he's posting pictures of his car exceeding the speed limit (which will land him back in jail for more than 200 days), and he's already toying with letting his supporters publish Boushie's name and, quite possibly, jurors names as well. I honestly think that he wants to go back. It makes him the perfect political martyr with no responsibilities to actually produce something or make real change, it actually gives him a social life, companionship, almost family (based upon his descriptions of "the guys"). He gets to be the benevolent benefactor to others, buying food at the commissary, bailing people out, etc. I honestly believe he is trying to get himself incarcerated again. There is just no other explanation for his behavior.

    1. I agree with most of that comment ^^^. But, I don't think Windsor is baiting Ellis Co. He's walking himself right back into jail. The criminal charge for bond jumping is still pending, according to Ellis Co Clerk records. If he shows up in Ellis Co, my bet is he gets arrested and arraigned on those charges before he gets a hearing.

    2. I think he was scared and hates the cold. Had to get back to familiar ground. Plus, closer proximity to his former family. Happy New Year to them! Daddy's home!

  3. From the BillSchitter:
"Judge Ermatinger has falsely charged me with felony bond jumping and has a $100,000 bail bond forfeiture against me. I didn't jump bond! I went to Montana exactly as agreed. The corrupt Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson orchestrated this scam."

    Uh?
Those 54 days (? forget how many) of the Dear Diary entries on Windsor's Facebook, as he evaded arrest? Getting arrested in Meridian, Idaho? Riding to Montana in back of transport car from the Ada County, Idaho jail? I don't think that's #EXACTLY what Ellis County Judge Cindy meant by going to Montana...just me though. Prolly just the #nuances, I'm not good with those pesky nuances, I get hung up on #facts, silly me!
This BillSchittery of rewriting his diary from last year is starting off kinda funny. He's pointing out, rather well too, that even his version of BillSchit, then and now, is absurdly goofy and #LIES

    1. That hearing will be can't miss theater. The "outrageous" lies will only be topped by the screaming and crying when he's arrested. I'm having a flashback to sounds heard coming from the Ellis Co courthouse elevator in Oct 2014. Haven't laughed that hard since then.

    2. As I recall, Windsor posted that he was quite proud of the fact he "escaped" (his verbiage) from the Ellis Co jail. He just walked off without signing PR bond. I hope DA Wilson has a screen shot of that post. It's probably been scrubbed by now, what with all the "hacking" going on.

      The Day_________still free updates? Shhhh
The Day________they still haven't found me yet updates? Shhhhhh

He was in Montana. He said so. Oh, and quite possibly he didn't hear Judge Cindy's orders to turn himself "IN" in Montana, because they had the wrong Windsor. Very common name remember? Or quite possibly (just like the MT code he didn't like--those and/or nuances confuse him) turn yourself "IN" didn't compute in his brain because that is a semantics riddled hamster wheel up there.

Wilson, Judge Cindy, and everyone else in TX he's gunning for, have been automatically subscribed to a front row seat of Lawless America's crazy train show. How dare they try to touch that "Windsor pie."
You know how much he loves $$$pie$$$!!

Windsor can't function in real life events IMO. Completely allergic. Thus, his creation of his years creating his "Fakebelieve" on line presence. There? He's the "star." There? People adore him. There? He doesn't have to listen to anyone who isn't adoring him--he' just hits "delete" and can retaliate how he deems fit. It's a perfect little world in his head. What he doesn't like, he controls with another fakebook article. If he want's something to be a certain way? Forget reality--he shall dot CON a Billshit one, and poof--fakebelieve evidence/proof.

Ah, it's the perfect life for someone who doesn't have a real one.

What kind of fucking idiot leaves professional grade video equipment in a parked car? Seriously. How much of a moron do you have to be to do that? I think he WANTED it stolen so he has another excuse not to finish the movie. And he only had ONE copy of ALL the filming he did over the last 15 months? This doesn't pass the smell test. 6. Yeah, nuances.

Having been the victim of 3 auto break in thefts in 3 different cities, I can tell Windsor from experience - lack of a parking lot liability disclaimer sign makes absolutely no difference. And it doesn't matter how many previous thefts occurred. Businesses are not responsible for thefts in their parking lots.

In my first experience, AFTER I parked I covered a lap top with a sweater in the back floor board of my car. I believe the thief saw me do it. The door glass closest to the lap top was broken, only the lap top was stolen (btw - Dallas PD did not show up - they took a report by phone). I suspect that's what happened to Windsor - a thief waiting and watching saw Windsor adjust stuff in his Jeep or noticed the Jeep was full of crap when Windsor got out.

In my 2nd & 3rd experiences, I parked my long a$$ truck at the back of parking lots out of consideration for people driving smaller cars. Nothing of value was left in sight. I do not carry a purse. I believe in both cases someone was watching and just assumed I left a purse in the truck. Lesson learned. I park my long a$$ truck right where I can see it at all times now, no more consideration for people with smaller vehicles. And, I leave nothing of value in it, not even in the consoles or door pockets.

The last theft was particularly frustrating. It was in a smaller town, where PD still investigates. The PD told me that thefts were very common in that location. In the past, they had an officer on the roof watching for thieves (no cameras). When the theft was reported to the business management, the response was an offer to loan me a broom to sweep up the glass.

BILL WINDSOR NOW LIVES IN A STORAGE ROOM
After two men broke into my vehicle and stole all of my motion picture equipment and most of my photography equipment, I had to move everything out of the broken car into my little hotel room.
I haven't heard from the detective. I have secured the serial number for my big motion picture camera, and I am providing it to the police who will check this against all pawn records,
I am still waiting for a report from the security camera company.
Thanks Heavens the movie film was given to someone for safekeeping before I left Montana. There were four sets of the 17 movie hard drives. One set has been stolen. I hope one set is in storage near here. For the life of me, I can't remember who i sent the fourth set to. If you are reading this and have a set of the movie film, please send me a private message.
The window glass repairman showed me several spots where there is body damage from the break-in. I have to go by State Farm to let them inspect and give me an estimate.
When I wasn't licking my wounds and dealing with this huge financial loss, insurance, police, and repairs, I processed letters with my criminal charges against Montana folks. I am mailing today to the U.S. Attorney General, the Montana Attorney General, the FBI, and numerous others.
I have been unsuccessful in finding the legislative record for when Tile 40 Chapter 15 of the Montana Code Annotated was enacted or amended. If anyone knows where to get this information, I would REALLY appreciate it.
I seem to have been grinding my teeth in my sleep. I have chipped away at the bottom of my front teeth. Dentist time.
I will buy more banker's boxes today so I can re-box everything that I moved in trash bags in order to cram everything into the vehicle and eliminate the need for a trailer.

  14. *Entitlement markers – The narcissist immediately asks for "special treatment" of some kind. Not to wait his turn, to talk directly to authority figures (and not to their assistants or secretaries), to be granted special payment terms, to enjoy custom tailored arrangements - or to get served first. TAKE IT TO THE SUPREME COURT!

*Idealization or devaluation – The narcissist instantly idealizes or devalues his interlocutor. This depends on how the narcissist appraises the potential his converser has as a Narcissistic Supply Source. The narcissist flatters, adores, admires and applauds the "target" in an embarrassingly exaggerated and profuse manner – or sulks, abuses, and humiliates her.

*The "membership" posture – The narcissist always tries to "belong". Yet, at the very same time, he maintains his stance as an outsider. The narcissist seeks to be admired for his ability to integrate and ingratiate himself without investing the efforts commensurate with such an undertaking.
For instance: if the narcissist talks to a psychologist, the narcissist first states emphatically that he never studied psychology. He then proceeds to make seemingly effortless use of obscure professional terms, thus demonstrating that he mastered the discipline all the same, as an autodidact – which proves that he is exceptionally intelligent or introspective. IE, BILL AND THE LAW

The narcissist never admits to ignorance in any field – yet, typically, he is ignorant of them all. It is surprisingly easy to penetrate the gloss and the veneer of the narcissist's self-proclaimed omniscience.

*Bragging and false autobiography – The narcissist brags incessantly. His speech is peppered with "I", "my", "myself", and "mine". He describes himself as intelligent, or rich, or modest, or intuitive, or creative – but always excessively, implausibly, and extraordinarily so.
The narcissist's biography sounds unusually rich and complex. His achievements – incommensurate with his age, education, or renown. Yet, his actual condition is evidently and demonstrably incompatible with his claims. Very often, the narcissist lies or his fantasies are easily discernible. He always name-drops and appropriates other people's experiences and accomplishments.

*Emotion-free language – The narcissist likes to talk about himself and only about himself. He is not interested in others or what they have to say, unless they constitute potential Sources of Supply and in order to obtain said supply. He acts bored, disdainful, even angry, if he feels that they are intruding on his precious time and, thus, abusing him.
In general, the narcissist is very impatient, easily bored, with strong attention deficits – unless and until he is the topic of discussion. One can publicly dissect all aspects of the intimate life of a narcissist without repercussions, providing the discourse is not "emotionally tinted".
If asked to relate directly to his emotions, the narcissist intellectualizes, rationalizes, speaks about himself in the third person and in a detached "scientific" tone or composes a narrative with a fictitious character in it, suspiciously autobiographical. Narcissists like to refer to themselves in mechanical terms, as efficient automata or machines.

*Seriousness and sense of intrusion and coercion – The narcissist is dead serious about himself. He may possess a subtle, wry, and riotous sense of humor, scathing and cynical, but rarely is he self-deprecating. The narcissist regards himself as being on a constant mission, whose importance is cosmic and whose consequences are global. If a scientist – he is always in the throes of revolutionizing science. If a journalist – he is in the middle of the greatest story ever. If a novelist - he is on his way to a Booker or Nobel prize.

Or, he's up to no good of some other kind.

    1. Usually he doesn't comment to them. Just lately because he needs the ego boost.
Perhaps the silence is his way of building drama. Perhaps he'll chime in with another slip and fall on no ice, emergency surgery needed when he gets time--or perhaps he was rushed to the dentist in an wambulance because he completely broke off his chipped front teeth and his selfies are in excruciating pain? Surely it will be a whopping Windsor-tale

    2. He's his usual self. My first guess? Was probably updating his Tindr profile, stalking for more unsuspecting women to 'date'.
He's back yapping on Facebook how he's going to help more people by beginning his TalkShit shows. Helping? Bwahahahahahaha! Windsor is so helpful! Bwahahahahahaha! What a comedian!

BILL WINDSOR TO RESUME REGULAR LAWLESS AMERICA ONLINE RADIO SHOWS.
Hi friends. I continue to receive so many please for help that the only practical way to help folks is with a call-in show where I can be responsive to multiple people at once.
I'll let everyone know when I set a regular schedule. If you want to be on the email list for notifications, please email me at bill@billwindsor.com.
There must be a way that we can make a bigger impact in the battle against corruption. I want to discuss those ideas."

Ah, the slithering stalker has once again crawled out from under his rock - attempting to obtain new email addresses...

    1. Another thought - the emails that the Texas and Montana DA's office sent to Windsor, that Windsor may have scraped using XOBNI. Just a thought...From the peanut gallery

  19. Quick everyone go look before he deletes it, he is posting selfies just taken with one of the cameras that got " stolen". I guess the police must have returned it, ya that's it, the police found it. We will go with that...
