Yipppppeeeee!!!!

Good morning to all of you!

I'm hoping your Saturday morning is about to dawn as beautiful and crisp, wherever you're each reading, as it is in my little corner of Alpacaganda.
As I sipped my coffee this morning, admiring the stars and the pre-dawn quiet, I couldn't help but to be thankful to be an American and marvel at all ours rights and freedoms .
We are afforded, most of us just been given, so much.  If you're reading this?  TaDa!

Today?  I'm just bored with William Michael Windsor and all the ungrateful, hateful, ignorant, bigoted anti-American, Sovereign Citizen idiots that lap up and fawn over his hugely fabricated, overly embellished woeful BillSchit drivel.

I'm going to revel in all things spectacular about being an American today!  I hope each of you will too!

  1. Yup, and people in other places might not care but the summer heat is finally GONE! It's 54 degrees this morning in Ellis County, Texas. Like to froze my buns on my first trip outside. Can't remember the last time I was cold. It's going to be a great day.

  2. Waving Back.... Did anyone Notice that the FBI updated their Sovereign Citizen to add this "Threaten judges, law enforcement professionals, and government personnel"...... If I was going to make a bet this was because of Bill https://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/2010/april/sovereigncitizens_041310/domestic-terrorism-the-sovereign-citizen-movement

    1. That article was posted in April of 2010. That may have been too early for Windsor to be on the FBI's radar.

The article uses a broad brush to classify Sov Cits. I think people don't immediately connect groups like Windsor's or NLA to that movement because publicly they don't advocate violence. They threaten judges, law enforcement professionals, and government personnel but don't appear extreme. Even Darash has told people to pay fines for traffic violations, it's not worth fighting. The danger, IMO, comes from the people listening to Darash and Windsor, i.e. Thomas Deegan, Gene Paulson, Terry whatshisname in FL.

    2. Case in point, this guy. Because of Windsor, he is going to keep fighting the good fight. This is a comment under Windsor's "What Next" post:

James Clark continue to help expose corruption. for use that are fighting to show the corruption and if we quit then they will continue to take advantage of the week. never quit the fight that you start. if it was not for you coming to Portland i would have given up. but i am a fighter and i will continue to hold Idaho industrial commission accountable for there action it has not been easy for no one will listen but i am hoping that soon some one will come see what i do have in paper work and the trail that has lead to the corruption with Lynn m luker who is a politician and over sees Idaho state and government affairs and who is also a workers compensation attorney. how helps Idaho screw injured workers. good luck Bill and yes go finish the movie for there is to much lawless in America and it needs to be stop.

Yeah, about that law suit against the Idaho Industrial Commission. This guy worked at a company for 6 days before he got his arm jammed in a machine, all soft tissue injury. This is from one of his medical reports, pretty much says all I need to know:

In my opinion, Mr. Clark has had chronic problems with narcissistic, addictive, and acting -out behavior with manipulative maneuvers, emotionalism, and portraying himself as in the role of being a victim. It was noticed in the records that he cries when he needs succorance and support (there was a medical report in which he called an ambulance to come to his home and this might have been feigning.) If support is not forthcoming, his poorly suppressed anger becomes manifest and he may use this as a bullying technique on those who are vulnerable. He is prone to alarmism and catastrophizing and I agree with Mr. Whitcomb’s statements in that regard.

He's not worked a day since the accident, was an IV heroin user,
smoked "kind of mushroom" and admitted to being addicted to hydrocodone. He's been incarcerated, apparently several times, and the mental health people called the cops on him for fear of violence.

There a lot more to this guy, but I'm done. Going outside to enjoy our 1 day of fall and my freedom from all this kind of crap.

  3. I'm sorry, P - this is too funny. I was reading a Pilkey post, trying to make sense of it, thinking is he eating 'shrooms or something? The last part of his dissertation is hilarious. Funnier because even Rebecca thinks Pilkey isn't all there.

"...Damn Bill I got to get on the Road and get to my spot in Lake Havasu before the other Snow Birds get there. I dont go over Lost Trail Pass I cut down to Pendleton and hit Twin Falls that way. Lots of Flying J's to park on that road. The Campground in the Tonto National Forest, Lake Roosevelt where I wrote the letter to the President is all closed up now. So I guess I need to start that book soon, "Last Voyage of Peter Pan", Tinker Bell is a Poodle, Captain Hook is wearing a Black Robe. Sure wish I would hear some birds singing, but they are hard to find now adays. Doesnt matter where I park, there will always be "Lost Boys" and they will expect me to lead them, Know what I mean Bill, Horrible Gift isnt it? Have to sing "Over the Rainbow" Eric Clapton Live, tonight"

Rebecca McLaughlin Are you stoned? Lol. I want to take what ever you are ingesting! Much fun to read. Thank you.

That letter he supposedly wrote the President? Was it so goofy the Tonto Nat'l Park closed? Giggle! Jeeza Louise and Thelma!

Pilkey, MunchenMaryD, Sharon, Vic,! Karen, Paulsen, Prehn, Rebecca (her? I like! She's hilarious), Cruz & blah blah whoever else of the 2 dozen (being generous) ....These ARE Windsor's people! His audience, his revolution, his go tos for information & affirmation.

I can see why we, the 'Joeys' (Snaps yo) are so important to Windsor compared to what he's got.

  4. On Sept 22, 2015 Windsor posted that he drove through the major dust storm that tanked his car when he was "on his way to Montana." (Typical Bill semantics is that yes, he was driving to Montana, because he was already there, not that he was out of state. One end of Montana to the other? yeah...)

I call Billshit. On Sept 17, 2015 he posted this:
"DOES IT COUNT AS AN ACCIDENT IF YOU HYDROPLANE OFF THE HIGHWAY INTO A 30-FOOT WIDE GRASS MEDIAN, AND MANAGE TO BRING THE VEHICLE UNDER CONTROL AND BACK UP ON THE HIGHWAY WITHOUT STOPPING?"

My guess is that there was damage to the car, after he probably kicked up rocks and gravel--maybe drove through some stiff brush too, that actually caused the damage to the car. (Was it a rental car or his own, who knows...) but it is my belief that Windsor made up the dust storm story so he wouldn't be investigated for reckless driving, or whatever and could simply blame the "dust storm" for the damage. If one thing rings true, Windsor will never take responsibility for his own actions, and it is my opinion, this lie is no different.

He was driving around aimlessly, allegedly looking for the prison and doing other site seeing at that time, so he was probably messing with all his electronic devices and not paying attention to the road while speeding, being dizzy, with legs that don't want to work right. Seems more like the real story to me.

    1. Ahhhh, that makes me wonder...especially because he didn't remember to pick up the camera when he rolled through the storm.

But, on the other hand: however it happened, the insurance coverage applies. It's just a matter of lying to the company and which deductible is paid. Stupid driving isn't excluded.

      Delete
    2. Yeah, I think it was more about hiding the fact that he probably shouldn't be driving. He's made several comments that are concerning. The other comment was when he almost hit that woman. He should be investigated IMO.

Did y'all see any "Happy birthday" posts? I didn't. Dang. That's really sad...IF he was a decent human and gave a snit about anyone else, but since it's Windsor? Bwahahahahahaha!
I'm also wondering if Windsor is going to implement the new Facebook features & make a profile video? It can only be like 5-6 seconds, so...prolly not, he can't say anything in that amount of time! I do wish he would Mae one though! And use a profile picture from this century! What if that's the profile pic he uses on dating sites? Those broads are watching for one guy & this old, bloated, red faced, geezer plops down! Ladies room window exit! Stat! Bwahahahahahaha! Last year, I believe it was US that alerted the lemmings of the dreadful day...so just leave them to their own recollection of their 'Great Leader' and look!! HAHAHAHA Nothing.

I'm not sure why he doesn't like us. All we do is point the things out that he misses, or they miss, or the glaring facts that they don't want to acknowledge or it blows their entire little "Revolution."

Speaking of, since Windsor denounced in court the whole "Revolution" plot, how come his videos for it are still up? There is one with the citizen grand jury crap too. Hum....How does he intend on "Exposing Corruption" now? He hasn't filed those charges to remove those "Corrupt" people from office, so...what's the new game plan? There MUST be one, otherwise his "I'm gonna spend the rest of my life exposing corruption" is just hot air. What exactly IS the plan now? If it was about the "movie?" There have already been at least 5 documentaries about court problems in the past few years, and they didn't expose anything, didn't accomplish anything, didn't change anything.

I doubt we'll hear much from Windbag this weekend, he's busy frantically typing up another dirty brief, and copy/pasting stupid stuff that isn't "Exposing" anything that he thinks it is. Laughable at best. Good giggles for the Judges next week before they deny them all.

Save the trees Windsor. You've already said the same crap over and over and you're missing the entire point. There isn't anything you can file now that will be your winning ticket. Anyone blowing smoke up your butt, is only returning the favor.

:-) No surprise to me, Petunia. Windsor has no one and nothing else to think about, thanks to his narcissistic rage that's consumed his life and soul. He's got nothing left except some money, his shaky, achy body, and a face that's getting uglier with each passing month. Alone - the worst word in the English language. And that's exactly what Windsor is.

As for his trial, I still believe there's an excellent chance he'll flee. His stall tactics and trying to rewrite history aren't working. Plus, the jury will be made up of people he doesn't know, chosen from an area he's mocked constantly (Montana). Windsor will be exposed as a stumbling, bumbling old fart who is NOT a legal eagle ... and whose arrogance and self-centeredness bleed through everything he says and does. Even if he doesn't go to prison, Windsor's going to get a good smackdown in front of that jury - and he's not equipped either mentally or emotionally to handle that.

    2. The guilty conviction regardless of jail/prison time is a forever mark. A mark that has been well deserved. A mark he has thus far been able to avoid, even though it appears he has been walking the line of avoidance for a very long time. (It's not that he has never committed any crimes mind you--he's just never been convicted. Yet)

All his court filings are full of proud boasts about "never being convicted of a crime" or "never being charged with a crime" however, that last one is another lie he's pulled under the penalty of perjury--which he should also be charged with in numerous courts--you know, just to get that on the record as well.

It will be fun to watch the Judge school (as Frank says) "Windsnooze" on their false belief of "the magic statue" that will exonerate Windsor from his pending trial and charges.

    4. Anon 12:15P: I totally agree: Windsor absolutely deserves a guilty verdict for stalking. He's been figuratively "flipping the bird," for way too long, at overburdened courts and innocent people.

It's long past time to teach this adult toddler that rules and laws DO apply to him - even if he says they don't. I just wish I could be in Montana to see that court smackdown. >:-)

  11. He still hasn't filed that brief. I predict he won't, unless he checks to make sure it will be accepted -- not necessarily acted upon with a dismissal -- just make it past the first clerk who sees it. He's worried about a standing order to bounce everything Windsor, and he should be.

And Crystal Cox? Maybe Bill's noticed she isn't facing prison time prison time. I've said it before. Too easy to tell someone else to be brave in the face of extreme hardship. 1. Yep. I agree. It's ironic actually. Cox is also using a fake "light and love" theme, when she is far from "light and love" which she'll have to deal with on a different level--but Windsor also used the followers too. They all use each other, and no one gets anywhere because all they do is push and hope someone does something.

Windsor wanted to flame the sicko's into filing charges for him or the agenda. He needed people in every state to launch these filings. Did he every initiate it himself? Hell no. David Schied? #2? Big badass David back the f down after his little visit with the FBI. Same with blowhard Bill there. But, they won't come out and publically state why they backed off...no...they just keep flaming others into taking action.

Schieds buddy? Ted Visner? Didn't work out so well for him. His belligerence and defiance wound him up in jail recently. Windsor's buddy? Paulson? Didn't work out so well for him either. Charged and convicted.

So basically, the lemmings are thinking their support for Windsor will get him to do the things he promised them, but he never intended on personally doing anything, he wanted THEM to do it so he could play stupid.

  14. ZZZZzzzzZZZZZ

Here we go again. He tried to send the "Joeys" a "Cryptic" message and sent the Lemmings into a tail spin.

Windsor needs to pay more attention to the few people left, who still (for whatever reason) have faith in him, and stop dicking around with sending "Cryptic" (laughable) messages to "Haters" who allegedly cause him so much fear. Doesn't appear to be fearful one bit. Seems more like he likes to try and provoke. Hum, how's that going to look in court?

JC to the Jury--please take note of these recent postings by Mr Windsor, claiming he is sending the "joeys" of which Windsor has alleged that Mr. Boushie was one. Does this appear like a man who's remorseful? Or does it appear this man will continue on, taunting, harassing, and terrorizing this man on the internet? Do these posts admitting that he WILL finish his "Movie" starring Mr. Boushie and this case as "The climax" to the end sound like a man who's learned his lesson?

  15. Well Bill, here's a non-cryptic message for you. The judge doesn't seem to be waiting with baited breath on your rebuttal to Jennifer Clark's brief. You've celebrated victory WAY too soon, like we won't know one way or the other whether your claims of dismissal are accurate or not. You've created a game where if your criminal case isn't dismissed, you lose. If you've the stones to actually file that brief tomorrow, and it gets stopped at the clerk who receives it for the court, YOU LOSE. If the judge does accept it, but then says Jennifer Clark's brief suffices and yours does not, YOU LOSE. And then that's it. No more stays. Nothing you can do about it, you're going to trial, where YOU will LOSE. Of course you can run. If you do, YOU LOSE. If you accept a deal after all this time saying you wouldn't, YOU LOSE.

You might win, Windsor. There's one chance for that and it's soon. After that, no more chances. America's earliest astronauts had a saying. You can't unscrew the pooch.

HAHAHAHAHA!! I wouldn't be surprised if he puts that in his court crap. See--they admitted it. They are being paid by the government, and a lot too!! hahahahahah

Funny how he likes to claim his sarcasm, semantics etc is valid, but he will put REAL sarcasm, hyperbole, and mockery in court documents and claim it was serious business that defamed him, threats to kill him, etc. Too bad he doesn't post the entire comments into his frivolous crap, and he edits them (like statutes) to suit his need.

    2. I'm surprised he hasn't filed an appeal in his criminal case, yet.
Seeing how he is all "premature vexajaculation" all the damn time

  19. Windsor: "Ooops 7:08 am PDT, and I'm just now hitting the rack. But, it was a very productive night. I have finished Draft #6; all the exhibit references are entered and correct; all of the statutes and case law citations have been triple-checked; it's just under the 20-page limit; the exhibits have been printed and numbered. I have highlighted a number of paragraphs to re-read tomorrow to see if they should stay in or be cut."

Wow. Good job. Just think what might happen if you put that much effort into finishing your movie, Bill. Not a chance. However this felony snag turns out, you're back to seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in legal actions so you can live in even more obscene luxury and brag about it like you deserve that sort of life. Movie? Why? It's not like the Sundance Grand Jury Prize for a Documentary is actually worth anything. Oh, helping people? We'll see. If there's time maybe. Okay? Gotta run. Flying to St. Barts with an allegedly 18 year-old Fuddruckers waitress. All fantasy, Bill. All of it. Shame on you. Literally shame, man. On you.

His Darryl reference must be that he thinks he's going to shatter the backboard with his belief--that he's got a slam dunk excuse case to cite. The only thing Windsor will shatter is that false belief, and the lemmings--that he is their savior.

He says he's under the 20 page limit, then there isn't any room for the bs exhibits. Last brief he filed had over 900 frivolous pages. Pretty sure it was under 20 in total. But, then again, Windsor doesn't like rules, and makes his own as he goes along, and claims anything other than his way, is corrupt. Paragraphs to cut? Try all of it Windsor. It's all fanciful, trivial, irrelevant, frivolous crap.
