Windsor Wraps Up His Week w/a Video Rant

Windsor's latest uploaded video?  A difficult to watch, much less to follow rant, in my opinion.
Windsor's deteriorating physical appearance was nothing short of shocking (to me) in comparison to photos of him just 6 months ago.
The main thing I noticed?  Windsor's inability to even look directly at his own camera as he launches off into his spun version of his weary tale of woe.
I have a difficult time believing anyone that cannot or will not look directly at whoever they're speaking to, or that they must look to the right or look down when speaking.
If what is being said is the truth?  Events really happened?  There's no stuttering, stammering, no interjecting of side stories & jokes.  The words flow and the gaze never waivers.
These images are what I noticed most while attempting to view Windsor's latest spew.  He continuously looked to the right & glanced down, and this was repeated throughout his entire diatribe.
The few times he looks directly into the camera?  Windsor was attempting to be humorous or sarcastic.
Desperate and pitiful are the most appropriate adjectives that I can use to describe his performance.
Once again, I call flat out BillSchit.
Windsor did far better behind the camera and I still believe he should've just finished his documentary/movie as he promised so many people that he would.

Oh, I so hope he does some filming!!! Just check out the above. The Federal courthouse security has been alerted to his possible presence, including his illegal spy cameras. Montana is a 2 party state btw, record anyone but a public official doing their job, as in police, and it is another misdemeanor, AKA Privacy in communications.

    2. Ahhh. Yes, that seems appropriate in conjunction with his disturbing video. Did you also catch the part where it appears he put his shaky hand on the computer, and the screen was bouncing? Yeah, something is really, really amiss and perhaps while he's driving around aimlessly through MT, with hopes of doing more harassing and filming, LE can step in and do a little "test." He shouldn't be driving anywhere, at any time, under any circumstances based on that video.

    5. Haha! I love that we can get into his head even when we are not talking about him. I've been trying to tempt him to do this for awhile and finally he took the bait. I've wondered where his movie camera was and whether he was not filming himself so we couldn't make truthful observations about his health and mind. This was shot on a desk/computer camera. Where is the big movie camera, Bill? You of all people would be unable to complete a for theatre movie on a computer cam. But thank you for filming yourself again. I'm sure the appropriate parties will have a gander.

    6. He's reciting in the video. He's convinced himself of the truth of these stories, written them down where he can read them over and over again. He wrote a note claiming he had evidence so he's convinced himself that his version of events is really true. Take away his notes and his friends and all he has is whatever he's recited. There are no facts, no evidence, and no elaborations. Just the same old rant practiced so much that he could say it without thinking and try to interject his charisma, except he doesn't have charisma anymore.
This video doesn't prove the existence of spy cameras or that he even still has his movie camera. He will probably do a repeat of the gun episode by first claiming he has them, then denying it, then suing anyone who mentions them, then claiming he has them.

  3. Here's a question. Windsor claims the 'movie' was stopped. Well, the farce that is Windsor was capable of making another all about me movie, where the hell is the all about them movie? WHO exactly "Stopped" it? HOW did "they" stop it? Is he still able to film? Yes. Was it his own doing to "Stop?" Yes. Did and does he have the financial means to finish? Yes. Does it take hundreds of thousands of dollars to make a "Documentary?" NO. These are all excuses, of which he is seeking multi millions of dollars for--when HE is the real reason there in no movie. No TV show. Nothing.

HE is a failure, and a liar, and a fraudster documented yet once again in last nights all about Bill show. Such a crock of crap! This douche should be charged by the Feds.

    1. I have never understood the who, what or how that movie was stopped either.
Windsor didn't stop driving from state to state or stop using his Facebook or .coms, Windsor continued zipping around staking people he thought disagreed with him and attempted to harass them online. Windsor just stopped doing the movie because he started his stalking your and ProSeBabying himself into civil oblivion.

That's worked out well for Windsor so far, he should just keep it up. Face palm. Seriously, his cheddar has slid off his Fudrucker's fries.

That video of him? Whoa! Damn! Windsor looked much healthier and stronger when he was incarcerated in Ellis County. His 'freedom' the past few months apparently hasn't done him any physical favors. He looks rough, prolly shoulda made time to see those doctors he was gonna.

    2. His constant claims he has evidence are so old. Has he ever presented a single piece of evidence he claims to have. His idiotic "because I swore in front of a notory, it has to be true" affidavits aren't evidence. He's never even posted the email he claims Boushie sent after the "assassination attempt".

  4. Great observation, Frank. No one stopped that movie except Windsor. One wonders why the lemmings cannot ask Bill, who stopped the movie? How did they do that, Bill? Be specific, Bill. Don't they wonder?

    1. They've obviously been trained not to ask questions.

My complaint is that all his civil suits and subsequent harassment through the courts was for this alleged damage. His complaint with MT is for this "damage" and "denial of his rights" which to my knowledge Larson explained in depth to him, was stalking, and not a right. He's committed fraud repeatedly. Every time he utters that excuse, it's more fraud. He has cost tax payers in the US who knows how much money on this fraud.

At what point did or could Windsor ever claim and prove anyone actually stopped his ability to finish that stupid movie? At what point does someone in the Government step in, and slap that motherfucker? Make him repay each and every state for their wasted time AND protect the taxpayers from further damages for this fraud?

Windsor loves to stand on the first amendment but that amendment does not afford him the rights he claims it does. It does not grant him the right to purchase domains for the sole purpose of harassment and retaliation, with dissemination of completely false and malicious rants. It does not grant him the right to film, and post his stalking, harassing, and retaliatory rants. It does not grant him the right to turn around and SUE people who are expressing their first amendment rights to disagree with him. On and on and on...

This entire debacle is past the ridiculous phase.

I wonder if he's planning on paying the 50K bond & permission for leave, with these filings against the government people. I believe the Thrash order stated just that...and by the sound of "Civil rights Lawsuit," that doesn't seem like an appeal. Sounds like an outright new suit. Anyone? Thoughts?

"BILL WINDSOR IS TYPING AS FAST AS HE CAN IN HELENA MONTANA

I am trying to finish several court filings. Most important is my 42 U.S.C. 1983 Civil Rights Lawsuit against the government workers in Montana. I will be filing this in person at the United States District Court in Helena Montana. I am asking the federal court to issue an injunction to stop the Montana criminal case against me because the charges are all Constitutional rights."

I wonder if Jennifer Clark has a copy of Thrashes order so she can shoot him down right away.

    3. Constitutional Rights? Damn he's a brick head. Windsor? Please re read, if you can, and try really hard to comprehend what Judge Larson said. You were stalking. You have NO Constitutional rights to stalk, nor does anyone else. You're NOT MEDIA and MEDIA can't do what you did and get away with it either. STALKING!! CLEAR STALKING!! You violated the L.A.W. You received a temporary order of protection against you based on your own actions--documented--filmed--written down, and applauded by your lawless friends.

You being the premature filer that you are, basically accepted it, by appealing it. You don't appeal something until an order is issued, (oops, did that in TX too didn't you) but you're a brick head, and figure appealing stops things. It doesn't. You screwed yourself. Had you just gone to the hearing, you could have blathered on and on, THEN appealed, and THEN showed the appellate court the shit you kept trying to show them--which they had to keep telling you was NOT the proper venue for an APPEAL!! Double facepalm. LOOK--point is, you know damn well the games you're playing. Your only profession for what? The past 10 years? Is being a Vexatious prick.

Perhaps this little extra time before the actual trial, is to get ALL the shit together to show the games YOU played, that you continually deny you do, and brush off as "Corruption." Think about that if you can brick head. Mocking the courts doesn't sit well with people like juries, who are the people paying for your games...you know...hard working taxpaying citizens. (Have you paid your taxes yet BTW? What about Barbara. Those divorce papers said you hadn't for a few years...)

  12. Rhynophyma or Bulbous nose (enlarged vessels and skin overgrowth) could be due to rosasea but if so, it should develop gradually over a period of years. To slow progression he should avoid: drinking, smoking, corticosteroids (causes euphoria, interferes with sleep, may cause fluid retention), and medications that dilate blood vessels (think purple pills). Whatever he's on and whatever else is going on, his autopsy will likely show systemic and widespread organ damage.

Early on she claimed Bill was a danger to her and other pro-se because of his abuse of the courts. Just go to show that she doesn't care about anyone but herself, because if she did, she would not be helping him abuse the courts now.
And Bill? In Nascar the white flag is waved at the race leader and signifies that there is 1 lap left to go.

      Delete
  14. I don't know if the DA is really planning on waiving the white flag, but something Montana needs to recognize is that other states have suffered the wrath of Windsor due to their warrant. Idaho and Texas will not give one rats ass if another fugitive from Montana shows up in their states IF they let Windsor go.

It will make Montana look very weak in enforcement of warrants, not to mention the wasted money on housing him in their jails FOR Montana.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Schnoozorz, even Windsor correctly guessed why the Judge asked for that brief from the prosecution. It's so he can establish fact, pre-trial. That arrow will be fully removed from Windsor's courtroom quiver. He pulls it out, he gets shut down. He can't even mention it to the jury.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Once the Judge sides with the brief, Windsor could possibly bring in a witness certified "expert" by the court in order to get around that ruling on the facts, but that's for an appeal - not Windsor's initial STALKING trial. Smart move by the Judge. I can see why he thinks the trial can't continue without his ruling on the prosecution's brief, as well as Windsor's rebuttal. It's the meat in the felony hamburger.

    3. Bill Windsor has a history of copyright fraud. He was losing the MOM case and suing the US government. He was looking for anyone who could make his case for him that the US Government is corrupt. He admittedly hooked up with others like him online and he has been insistent that he has been using the LA name since 2006/2007 when the first use the public saw was many years later. So not only did he see an idea that fit his needs and take it as he had so many times, but by insisting that he had been using the name for so long (we always wondered why) he was trying to insulate himself from a lawsuit. Of course he would not have really read it, rather than heard about it or thumbed through it, or just saw the guys in the news.

    4. Most tellingly, Bill could never explain the term Lawless America. How did he go from the regrettable acronyms SOCK and GRIP that would never work for a national campaign to a fully flushed out name like LA? Because Windsor has no original ideas, he's stupid and his sense of humor lacks a great deal of humor.

Looking at this name "Lawless America" and Windsor is leading the group "Lawless America" that has always indicated or sounded like they ARE Lawless. Windsor's actions are Lawless. He does not follow the laws one single bit, so keeping with his actions and the name he was leader for it makes perfect sense to anyone with a brain, that Windsor's Lawless America is what he wants to create, with the "Majority party" a new political platform.

Not his lame excuse because we live in a "Lawless America" because that would have a term AGAINST it--NOT FOR IT.

Seriously, the guy is a fricken joke. The Haters were right to stand up against his "Lawless America" idea, name, agenda. 22. Windsor: "I have spent the last two days drafting a Civil Rights Complaint to be filed in federal court. It seeks an injunction to stop the criminal prosecution of me because the alleged crimes aren't crimes. They are fundamental Constitutional rights -- the freedom to publish the name of a man who attempted to murder me..."

Your claim that SB attempted to murder you is at once ridiculous and probably a fabrication. It's a lie, Bill. It's not maybe a lie - it's definitely a lie and looks to have been equipped with evidence illegally fabricated by you or you and Crystal Cox. The constitution doesn't protect your right to lie, Bill Windsor, and in fact provides punishment for you and financial relief for those you've lied about.

If SB can prove he couldn't have shot at you (I strongly suspect he can) and DID NOT send that email (again, I think he can prove this) then never mind your criminal liability or that of Ms Cox, SB stands to collect a large portion of your assets. You're a moron, Bill Windsor. See, that's not defamation because I believe it to be true and you cannot prove me wrong. You don't really believe SB tried to murder you. If someone can prove you're lying about that belief, as would happen if a co-conspirator testified about a conversation or a conspiracy, then that is absolutely defamation. Textbook.

    1. Windsor makes a lot of statements in his latest LA post that are aggravating. But this statement ticked me off a lot some reason: "Based upon my research, there has never been anyone criminally prosecuted in America for publishing a person’s name or for sending an email to an attorney. I am the first."

Ah, no. I recall several of the AMPP members were jailed for refusing to remove websites that named their ex's and/or children. But, the only AMPP name I can remember is Claudine Dombroski.

      http://batteredmotherscustody.blogspot.com/2009/11/claudine-dombrowski-shawnee-county-case.html

Then there's this guy. It's a 2-fer, he had a protective order against him and his claim to be "media" was shot down too: "Mr. Trummel countered these charges in court by stating that his activities were privileged against such prosecution because he had a press card and was conducting an investigation of his fellow residents, as well as the staff and board of directors of the Council House apartment building. The court held that, though freelance journalists are protected by the First Amendment, Mr. Trummel’s claim to be a bona fide member of the press was bogus, as he had never entered his supposed press credentials into evidence."

      http://www.mediainstitute.org/ONLINE/FAM2003/2-l.html

      And this guy:

      http://blogs.findlaw.com/eleventh_circuit/2013/11/muckraking-blogger-jailed-for-refusing-to-take-down-blog-posts.html

This guy was criminally charged for posting pictures of a woman who had a PO. Turned out to be a false complaint (he didn't post the pics) but he was arrested and jailed before the charges were dismissed.

    4. These are quotes from the link I posted, written by Claudine:

"...but was found in contempt of Court for a tribute video for my dead mother and daughter. I was asked to remove the video to which I did on April 6th..."

"...I spoke on a local television station with District Attorney Chad Taylor regarding Domestic Violence on the rise in Shawnee County. The next day, I was held in contempt of the court..."

I distinctly remember a Lori somebody being jailed for something similar and discussion of others within the group that were either in jail at one point or threatened with jail for not removing names off websites. Some of Windsor's AMPP member videos being pulled off the web due to threats of contempt for publishing names.

My point is that Windsor is not the first person to be threatened with or doing jail time for publishing a person's name and he is aware that people he supported faced the same issues.

TV CREW IS SEEKING PERMISSION FROM JUDGE JAMES A. HAYNES TO FILM THE FELONY TWEETING TRIAL OF WILLIAM M. WINDSOR
I was approached last week by a TV crew that wanted to know if I would support their efforts to film my trial. I told them I would be delighted.
I understand the producer is preparing to file a motion seeking approval. Here is some of what was shared with me:
"The Defendant, Mr. William Windsor, is documenting public corruption, and he has done an excellent job at it. For the last three years, he has documented and shown corruption at all levels of Government, and that apparently has made him a target by those in Government, particularly those who are engaged in mal acts.
"I am concerned with what I am seeing in this case. Mr. Windsor is apparently being prosecuted for a tweet made on Twitter? My education in Law School seems to tell me that this is an issue that is clearly protected under the First Amendment. Why this is even being prosecuted is beyond me other than as retaliation.
"Further, Mr. Windsor has demonstrated that there is a reasonable chance he was not the person who even sent the tweet (which again is protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution). So, it's questionable whether probable cause even exists. In fact, it's a likely violation of the First Amendment.
"I have read some of the information that Mr. Windsor has provided on Sean Boushie. I am concerned about the actions of Mr. Boushie which include countless threats against Bill Windsor and his actions which amount to flagrant intimidation and retaliatory statements to Mr. Windsor. According to the facts stated by Mr. Windsor, it appears that on occasions Mr. Boushie has suggested that he was going to kill Mr. Windsor or has outright said he would.
"It appears that several Montana Courts have overlooked these allegations and have not even held a hearing into the validity of the allegations that Mr. Windsor has raised. If all that I have read is true, it would appear that the Courts have no interest in curbing this behavior by Mr. Boushie. Again, at no point in time has the Court acknowledged this or taken judicial notice of the allegations by Mr. Windsor. This is outrageous.
"So, it appears that Mr. Windsor is being prosecuted to assault Mr. Windsor and/or protect Mr. Boushie, and justice is not the end game. This is one of the pure instances in which a camera is certainly needed.
"The Defendant in this case needs a fair trial, and it is well-established that videotaping a trial keeps people more honest.
"This is a significant case. What seems to be at stake here is not only Mr. Windsor and his livelihood, but the many hundreds, if not thousands, of people he has videotaped over the years. If he loses his case, then their ability to have their stories told to a wider audience will likely be affected. This is a sad state of affairs that many tax-paying Americans have been harmed due to the actions of government actors, and it appears that someone wanting to fix this great injustice is going to be attacked to keep this from being made aware to more people."

    3. "The Defendant, Mr. William Windsor, is documenting public corruption..."
Now, the public is corrupt too?
      ROTFLMAO

    4. The only thing that rings true to me about this "Letter," is that people (perhaps hundreds of thousands as Windsor claims) read his one sided internet defamatory content and then spread around those lies.

Can this TV person back up any of those claims with evidence? Does this person have anything tangible, other than what "Windsor claims" took place? Have they read ALL the court documents, or just what Windsor put out, and refuted with his particularly dramatic Billshit spin?

I see the same pre-emptive failure set up--that "They were denied" filming--so that must mean "Corruption." Not that they are even real, or that they even submitted anything to the court. Actually--had they read Larson's order, they wouldn't have made those claims at all, and would have merely asked to film the proceedings as it is of public interest. A man, violating a protective order, claiming he was media and that affords him "Rights" to stalk would be a much better angle for an impartial TV crew to approach, because THAT is the crux of the entire hearing. Not Windsor's tales of Woe.

I assume if it's real, it would be one of the lemmings like Schied or that other one, (can't remember the name) who also run Anti government internet drivel and call it 'media'.
(If it's real, hopefully the Judge researches their credentials. Windsor claimed he was media, and Whistleblower was the company, and never had to provide any proof or evidence to support the legality of those claims)

"Gene Paulson-- Great news. When they are done with your trial they need to look into my Appeal to the SCOTUS. You never get anywhere with these scoundrels till the last day when they finally accept the fact that you are never going to give up."

  25. I was just flipping thru some old court cases, and I found this. I thought you might like to discuss.

Billy keeps ranting that all of his BS is protected by the first amendment. Except, taken as a whole, none of it has any social value, and it is all harassment and intimidation. Against all of his victims.
    From the Montana Supreme Court,

    https://scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=17137779253126660832&q=montana+harassment+stalking&hl=en&as_sdt=6,27

"Cooney's conduct inflicted injury on his victim and lacked any social value. We agree with the State's assertion that free speech does not include the right to cause substantial emotional distress by harassment or intimidation. The language quoted from Chaplinsky indicates that actual threats are not the only category of spoken words that do not receive First Amendment protection.
We conclude that § 45-5-220, MCA, was not unconstitutionally applied in violation of the United States or Montana Constitutions.

Jan Smith This is called counter transference. It is when someone has serious, significant, unaddressed problems and they put it off on you like you have it.

Jan Smith Whatever state he is in right now, he needs to get reported to the crisis clinic as a danger to others. That is how this needs to get handled

Jan Smith With him traveling across states, that is a good idea. However, he needs to go the a mental health facility for 48 hours for observation to get evaluated. This will get him into the system in a whole other way

Jan Smith He is probably on social security disability which gives him the freedom to travel but not a lot of money. Border patrol needs his name and his mental state

Jan Smith No and that is typical sociopath behavior. You dehumanize your victims and don't take responsibility for yours.

Jan Smith He knows he has substance abuse problems and is clearly making a case that he can be a drunk and smoke if he wants along with other substances. It is highly likely that this is not the first time use has gotten him in trouble.

Bill Windsor-- Here's the charge: “On or about the 30th day of December, 2013, the above-named Defendant committed the offense of violation of an order of protection when, with knowledge of the order, purposely or knowingly violated a provision of an order provided for in 40-4-121 or an order of protection under Title 40, chapter 15, to wit: ‘Defendant posted Boushie’s name on Twitter, a third or subsequent offense.’” Elsewhere, this is stated to be the posting of a video with the title: “Bill Windsor is banned from the University of Montana and Boushie. Corruption at its finest.”

"Mary Deneen-- Dec 30, 2014 is the day I arrived in Missoula from out of state and went to the Federal Courthouse to obtain subpoena court forms for my USC 1983 Civil Rights / Discrimination, Liability, Personal Injusry case. Interesting they charged Bill (after he filmed me) for an alleged felony tweet that same day, Dec. 30, 2014..

So no Mary. Windsor was already in hot water a YEAR PRIOR to your bullshit claim. You're not that important Mary. Really! Get over it. The courts did your children a HUGE favor by removing your manic, Munchausen mania from their lives.

Oh--one more thing? Why do you keep posting the same things over and over on Windsor's FB? People KNOW!! My god, you've said it hundreds of thousands of times. Repeating it doesn't change the fact--it just reinforces the reasons the court deemed you unfit. Let that soak in if you can. Tell the ticks to take a nap if you have to, until you can comprehend.

Although you still aren't a victim of anything you claim, but however Mr. Boushie could file against YOU and COX!! In fact? I really believe he should. I actually think Mr. Boushie should get an order against not just Windsor but Lawless America participants in general, since they are diciminating false, malicious, defamatory information by and thru WINDSOR/LAWLESS AMERICA.

Mr Boushie's name is trash on the internet all because of Windsor and Cox. I don't think there is enough money in Windsor's pot of gold that could cover all the damages but surely there is enough there to sway Windsor and his ilk from further harassments in the future towards people he doesn't like. Just a though.

I'd specifically request a C & D from Munchie too. Possible mental check as well. Seems like a danger to herself and others by her easily manipulated mind--thus--filing false, frivolous and malicious complaints, affidavits, and court documents on the behest of one William M Windsor.

DOES IT COUNT AS AN ACCIDENT IF YOU HYDROPLANE OFF THE HIGHWAY INTO A 30-FOOT WIDE GRASS MEDIAN, AND MANAGE TO BRING THE VEHICLE UNDER CONTROL AND BACK UP ON THE HIGHWAY WITHOUT STOPPING?
I've only been in one accident in my life -- a tiny fender bender when a little old lady stopped in the middle of the road trying to figure out where to turn into her church parking lot. That was just a few years ago, so I managed to be accident-free for a loooong time.
I was driving down the Interstate in Montana today when thunderstorms hit. The next thing I knew, I had no control over the little rental car I was driving. I think I did a full 360, but it happened so fast that I'm not sure. I did remember that you are supposed to steer in the direction of the skid. I did, and managed to get control so I could bounce down the grass median ditch. I just kept driving and headed back up the median hill and onto the Interstate.
I was in the middle of nowhere, which is basically all that there is in Montana, and there were no cars anywhere near me. Thank Heavens. If there had been traffic, it wouldn't have been a pretty picture.
Perhaps God was trying to tell me to slow down when there's trouble. It worked in the car for the rest of the day. Not sure I know how to apply that to life."

The Judge has already told Billy that all his frivolous BS motions have been denied and any further BS would be thrown out.

"I have contacted them a number of times over the last five years with no success. But today, I received a phone call. I had about a 15-minute conversation, and I have been asked to provide specific information, which I have now emailed. The woman said that she will be on the lookout for it and will provide the information to one of the attorneys as soon as she receives it."

    Sure fat boy...sure. Keep dreaming.
If the ACLU was going to cover anything? They'd be covering the defendants who's free speech rights you were attempting to quash. 1000's for multi millions. Far more interesting of a case than some washed up old man who's anti government group is attempting to manufacture fake "evidence" to destroy the US with frivolous cases.

It's all just more smoke and mirrors from Bitler. The main point of an order of protection is to protect the victim. Windsor is full of shit if he thinks the ACLU will overturn ANYTHING regarding the "right to bare arms" when you have an order of protection against you. Not gonna happen, not ever. Glaring Billshit fact #1. Second glaring Billshit fact? Windsor is a stalker. Windsor is a liar. Windsor is NOT media, nor is anything he's claiming are his first amendment rights, first amendment rights. (of course this is really all about rules and laws and Windsor is allergic to those. Breaks out in vexatious litigation every time someone imposes any rules, restrictions or holds him accountable to the law)

Bill Windsor-- "Thanks everyone. It's 2:11 am MDT, and I just emailed the requested information to the ACLU lady. It's such a crazy story. I hope I hit the high spots that will be important to them. The main point I made is that the Montana Supreme Court has ordered that Montana judges may take away a person's rights to (1) freedom of speech, (2) freedom of the press, (3) right to bear arms, (4) rights to due process."

Nope. Not one Constitutional right has been violated for you Windsor. Not one. However, I do see the courts upholding the Constitution for other people's rights that you feel you have the right to trample on.

Mostly you will be told that they are not lawyers and can not get involved unless it is a Bill of Rights issue AND of public concern. Had they been interested, they would not need much from him because it is already all over the internet AND they would have posted their support for him on their facebook page, sometimes within hours of the event.

SVG and the other Wibs did not get permission to screen The Vagina Monologues at a women's crisis center which makes it all the more suspicious that some money disappeared too:

So Sharon loves to play for both teams, calling out terrorists but not wanting to go to war, even though she fully supports Bill's revolution.

So who is the real Sharon Galloway? Maybe we can find out from those who know her the best. 4. Actually--Windsor doesn't need to reply to her brief. The Judge asked HER to present it, even though she already had. Windsor is ordered NOT to file anything else. He's got nothing new to tell them.

Maybe the extra time for the trial, is in case the Feds are investigating and they are going to take over. Seems Windsor is way too giddy about the time, and in love with his frivolous filings so much that he can't seem to understand that his abuses are crimes. I will laugh my ass off if they come down on him like I am thinking they are.

He's committed several federal offenses yet, he seems to be so blinded by his vengeance he can't fathom that maybe, just maybe when Clark mentioned the feds MIGHT...she was kind of giving him a hint to STFU. But, no one tells Windsor what to do...at least--not yet anyway.

This prosecutor personally is very unprofessional. anyone who has an email battle with a prisoner, a battle of Frivolous motions during a declared stay and never files new charges for trying to change evidence on the internet. Personally maybe they are just messing with him for some unknown reason or they are just stupid and unable to control their guy on bond.

Then we have Liar Liar Windsor who wants everyone to think he is writing all of these briefs he's sooooo busy. The california and Idaho cases have been closed so long it is past the time to file an appeal. But I am certain he will use the Jail card and plea to them about how he could not start one in Jail even though he started all the texas appeals in Jail.

Then there is the Appeal of the Boushie federal lawsuit. Windsor asked for 2 extensions. I suppose eating burgers and fries are more important than actually filling on time there.

Finally Windsor has not filed anything with the supreme court again. Of course he has told Montana that he has appealed. They seem to never check. He states all the time that he is appealing but never does follow thru. Sounds like the failed Movie, TV, Book doesn't it. He never followed thru with it. 7. If Windsor had an attorney at least there would not be so many emails and motions. Windsor actually has an attorney representing him only when they have him in court. 9. Sadly the laws for VL's does not force them to be represented by an attorney, and Windsor would say it was a conspiracy. What step they can do is establish that the law needs to be changed in extreme situations because of someone extreme like him. What they can also do is establish his mental health and ask for a court mandated guardianship which would then require a lawyer assigned to him. They took a first step in that direction in the plea deal. His family should have been the ones to come forward for that. Windsor is the only one talking. Don't believe him.

      Delete
    10. I believe in South Dakota they banned him from representing himself because he IS vexatious.

IMO--the DA should request that Windsor be labeled Vexatious. His filings aren't about defending himself--they are just an extension of his attacks on Boushie, and attempting to argue his fanciful and frivolous claims that have already been denied far too many times to count.

He is trying to trip them up with all the filings. If he can bury them in paperwork, it appears he hopes they miss something, and he will then have merit to request a dismissal. They are playing right into his vexatious hands. It's a huge mistake IMO.

Even in TX, Carroll noted Windsor's abusive filings, and tried to impose a type of prefilling injunction--however, due to the mass filings and recusal request--Windsor was able to bury his blatant violations--contempt--for the injunction, and forced everyone to answer other things because they were time sensitive.

Windsor seems to be able to hone in on the weaknesses of the courts, knows they are bogged down, and thus, keeps bogging them down on purpose, just waiting for his chance to pounce. His other strategy seems to be to wear them down with his plethora of frivolous filings, in hopes they just get so annoyed they give up.

Just like this comment he made to Glenn--where the courts get tired of Windsor--Windsor gets energized. They are feeding the monster!

I agree, this is just an extension of Windsor’s initial strategy. That’s where his whole revolution plan fell apart after DC. The group was supposed to write all those letters to inundate the courts in every state on the same day with paper and prepare for their law suits. The lemmings didn’t see the big picture, then couldn’t or wouldn’t write the letters and complaints. He found something to wedge his foot in the court room door (Boushie, JIALK, etc), he dumped the lemmings’ tales of woe, took off on his own to show them how it’s done!

    6. Personally, I think Windsor and his motivations are really simple. Everything he does is just an attempt at revenge on someone who pissed him off. He learned that by suing pro se, he could cause his enemies great expense and hassle. After Thrash issued the filing injunction, Bill thought he could no longer file a lawsuit anywhere. That's when the political party stuff started. He would attempt to seek his revenge by fighting the government that backed the judges that hindered his ability to use the courts to inflict hardship on his enemies. Once Bill found out he could file lawsuits, the political stuff got dropped and his entire focus became lawsuits again. He's well aware that he has no chance of winning the actual suit. He also knows that every page he files, someone has to read. That increases the cost and hassle inflicted on his target. That's what he's really after the entire time.

      Delete
    7. It's all good. I was digging around, looking for terms with criminal and vexatious litigants and found this link. So, Windsor claims the TOP expired. He's still sticking to that story. Interesting. Here is one appeal that was denied--so he knew it was still in full force. Also--there was a prefiling injunction place on him. Ok--so the criminal case is for violation of the TOP that WAS STILL IN FORCE--so wouldn't the prefiling injunction still stand even for the criminal case? It's all revolving around the same thing. If it doesn't cover his frivolous motions, filings etc, I would think the Judge can amend it to do so now. His history of abusing the court with his paper terrorism is WILDLY documented.
