BILL WINDSOR FILES APPELLANT'S BRIEF WITH THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT.
I have been photocopying my little heart out to send my Appellant's Briefs off to the various appellate courts.
Of the many corrupt things done to me in Montana, my civil case against Sean Boushie and the University of Montana was dismissed by a Magistrate Jeremiah C. Lynch. Lynch said it was frivolous, made fanciful claims, and other such crap. I had over 500 pages of sworn testimony and thousands of documents in the Court record. The Defendants had zero (0). What a crook.
Lynch was clearly part of the corrupt conspiracy to stop me from exposing the illegal activities of Sean Boushie and the University of Montana. There's no other explanation other than Magistrate Jeremiah C. Lynch is as crazy as a loon.
So, let's see what happens. I will post my Appellant's Brief at www.LawlessAmerica.com.
I'll just make two quick points.
1. What's it say about the validity of Windsor's numerous appeals when he can photocopy the same brief and file it in "various appellate courts"? Sounds like same ole BillSchit, just a different month, different state, different court.
2. How can a proven liar like William Windsor keep claiming his "500 pages of sworn testimony" is actual evidence? It's all the same copy/paste lies he notarized and filed in every dismissed suit he's had.
Volume does not translate to credibility, except in the alcohol poisoned vexatious mind...
ReplyDeleteBAM!!! Spot-on, Spam :)
Delete"I have been photocopying my little heart out..." Little is right. He's got no case and he knows it. All he's trying to do is win by default.
DeleteWhoops, put this on the old page b4 seeing we ere turning pages, lol .
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a threat IMHO, I hope JC & LE have Roy, Glenn and the rest of the fringe lunatics that Windsor is feeding his BS to, on their radar-
"Roy P Pikey - If you are JENNIFER CLARK, a judge, a prosecutor, or a cyberstalker, BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID."
I always wonder, if those mental patients ever figure out Bill is just using them and actually couldn't care less about them, will it then be Bill who should be afraid?
DeleteIt's these types of comments that show the harassment and potential harm, ominous threats etc to those Windsor doesn't like--based on Windsor's instigations that should make Lawless America and it's participants equally responsible with Windsor as an individual.
DeleteWindsor's internet platform per his own admissions reach hundreds of thousands of people just like Roy. Who was the other wingnut that told Windsor to shoot Boushie first? How many of the Lawless have made similar threats? Lets not forget the mentally ill Lawless participant Don Acree--who walked into someone's home whom he claimed was stalking him...and then later, he pulled a gun on the police--which Windsor tried to turn into a killing by police to incite more anti police tension.
I personally don't find the humor in any threats like this. They are all capable of snapping at any given moment and going after anyone Windsor has lied about.
Eventually one of them will snap off at Windsor. That? Would be a watchable video.
DeleteExactly Ninja, if anyone of BW's mentally ill followers like Roy, MaryD etc... snap and act out their threats, BW should be held accountable as it's his lies that incited them. Further, IMHO I think Facebook should remove BW's and LA Facebook pages as they are the breeding ground for the anti-police, anti-government crazies threats based upon Windsor's posts.
DeleteWindsor has filmed numerous mentally ill people, who have admitted they were prescribed medication--but they refuse to take it because the doctors were "corrupt." I think he likes them following him because he can easily manipulate their already sick minds. Acree is a perfect example.
DeleteCary Andrew Crittenden (sp) was such a threat to the Judge in Santa Clara, they issued Windsor and Lawless America a warning letter. Cary admitted to Windsor that the Judge called them terrorists.
Eugene Paulson was arrested and convicted of threatening a Judge coincidentally at the same time Windsor had claimed they were all going to start flooding the courts with their paper terrorism.
How many other Lawless Participants have been in trouble with the law since following Windsor, and reading his Anti Government propaganda? Since there are "hundreds of thousands" per Windsor--how on earth could they all be tracked?
At least Manson's cult was a much smaller gathering but the threats from Windsor's Lawless group are much broader reaching, and paralyzing to the economy. Sure, these are all just games to Windsor but the damage he is doing, and potential harm he is inciting are much more concerning.
They do seem to have that Helter Skelter air about them...
DeleteA double: BAM! BAM! to Ninja :)
DeleteYou and Spam are hitting it out of the ball park today - as usual ;)
Wouldn't it be grand if Windsor was held accountable for the actions of his groupies ... Or if Windsor's groupies were held accountable for assisting Windsor in his paper terrorism upon the courts and his terrorism upon others?
For that matter, when you get right down to it, which of Windsor's followers assisted him when he was on the run, earlier this year?
Perhaps 'ole Roy boy and the others should reconsider their threats:
"Roy P Pikey - If you are JENNIFER CLARK, a judge, a prosecutor, or a cyberstalker, BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID."
Well, Windsor admitted that he hired Jennie to do data entry for him (as well as other things...like getting his jeep out of impound and holding that precious black amex for him until he managed to snow the Judge to get out of jail...she probably aided him after as well) for the Joey civil suit.
DeleteSo, just HOW long was Jennie assisting him? That civil suit, with all the alleged defamation was filed about a year prior to his arrest. If she was the one gathering all that alleged "evidence" and compiling it for him, she musta been "hired" long before he filed that suit. (Question here is, what makes her decide if something is defaming Windsor? Isn't that his bitch to make?)
So, she for one aided him in the TX paper terrorism--which also listed Boushie as a defendant.
It's very unnerving how many people are actually working behind the scenes with Windsor. His secret "data bases" which include names of "haters" he deemed "haters," which he constantly reassures people, has been sent to numerous people, including some in different countries.
IMHO Mr.Windsor's Facebook & Twitter pages (inc.Lawless America) are recruiting sites for Anti-Law Enforcement, Anti-Government (Judges, Prosecutors etc ) for potential terrorists/stalkers/criminals and the mentally unbalanced individuals, who he then spoon-feds his Anti-LE - Government rhetoric to in hopes of recruiting them to aid in his anti-Govt-LE activities of stalking, threatening and harassing the LE, Judges, prosecutors, Sheriff's, SB, and anyone else that Mr.Windsor dislikes. To me, he should be held accountable and held to the same standards that ISIS terrorist recruiters, Anti-Law Enforcement recruiters are held to. His Facebook/Twitter accounts should be removed ... http://thinkprogress.org/justice/2015/09/19/3703465/isis-retweets-are-endorsements/
DeleteWhat does this even mean & why did MaryD post where this judge lives 2X's?
Delete"Mary Deneen 9th U.S. District Court of Appeals Chief Justice Sidney Thomas lives in Billings, MT. MT Federal Courthouse Caution a "Dead End."
Pikey is a conspiracy nut as well. Which conspiracies? Near as I can tell, all of them.
DeleteGood question 3:52. I wondered that too, and why is MaryD IN Montana anyway? She allegedly hates it so much, and said she moved away--so--why is she there? She has no reason to be in MT. Or is she hooking up with Windsnore? Colluding and whatnot?
DeleteDidn't MaryD mention not too long ago that she has warrants in Montana?
DeleteI agree, Windsor should be held accountable if anyone acts out on threats made on his pages. It wasn't funny that Pikey named court officers in his threat. If a police officer or officer of the court is hurt by one of Windsor's lemmings, Windsor should go to jail right along with the offender.
DeleteBut addressing "cyberstalkers", warning them (us?) to be very afraid in all caps is hilarious. Suing everyone in TX didn't help Windsor stop discussion he didn't like. Does Pikey think yelling at people he doesn't know anything about through a keyboard is going to change a thing? That is just laughable.
I completely understand what you're saying about the whole "cyberstalker" thing--except for Windsor has named people, posted their pictures and addresses. People who had no idea who the hell he was until he sued them. Or people he just doesn't like in general because of some comment they may have made somewhere, that Julia fucking Fletcher or Janice Loser Levinson or any of the other whack jobs who used Windsor to exact their revenge. Doesn't matter to these crazy people, they don't read or research. If Windsor said it, they think it's true.
DeleteThat is the issue to me, that isn't right. Publically calling Windsor out is not "Cyberstalking" anyway. It's not defamation either. He's just a pansy who has extremely thin skin. I don't like him and that is my right. I don't agree with his entire "Lawless America Revolution." Also my right. His right to claim I stopped the stupid movie that I truly believe he never intended to make? PROVE IT!! I didn't stop shit! It was his choice and he is lying!
Also doesn't give him the right to ask Sleuths to hunt down my personal information, social security number etc. because of that lie either. (Yeah fartbag--I've got those screenshots)
Some of these people are totally off top dead center with their conspiracy shit. One more ruling against them in their frivolous cases and they could simply decide to lash out because Windsor was allegedly their 'savior' and was going to change the laws so they could win their cases. That's how they see it. Why are they still praying for him if they aren't still holding on to hope--that he will follow through with his promises?
It's just dangerous and sloppy in my opinion allowing him access to continue flaming hatred of not just the Government, but anyone Windsor claims is standing in "Their" way of "Exposing Corruption."
Who silenced Bill Windsor??? Bill Windsor did and the proof is there for the whole world to see. Windsor does NOT WANT to finish his movie, even if he knew how. He is suing for what he believes will be a multi-billion dollar judgement. IF he finished his movie then there is no damage and no billion dollar winnings. It is just that simple.
DeleteI think I'm just totally burned out by all of the threats and hatred posted from all of the radical groups and crazy people. Windsor's lemmings are just more rocks on the pile. Compared to some of the threats I've seen posted against cops, most of Windsor's fruit loops look benign. More blow than go. There are a few that look to have snap potential. But they were riled up before they got to Windsor, they are posting the same type comments in other places.
DeletePosting personal information, with "fighting words" or threats is illegal in TX. Joey Dauben was convicted for doing just that. Even though he removed the post, he lost his IT equipment and was banned from the internet. But, I think there has to be a complainant before there can be any charges. In Windsor's case, Boushie appears to be the only one. And, I wonder if Boushie is having fun yet. I wonder if he thinks taking Windsor to court is worth the 2 years he's spent of his life tied to the man.
I wish there were a way to shut down all the sites that are dangerous and sloppy with their rhetoric. If there was a way to shut Windsor down, it seems the judges, lawyers, clerks and DAs that Windsor attacked would have taken care of it by now. I think it will come eventually, it's just a matter of time and opportunity.
Rut roh, the ACLU is coming Ms. Clark!
DeleteWow Susan, if you believe that, you've truly become a full blown idiot lemming. How sad. LMAO SMH.
DeleteHow do you think the ACLU became involved 11:52? LMAO
DeleteBtw, WHERE IS that BRIEF?
DeleteIt didn't! And the brief is on file. Thanks for playing you silly little lemming. Go chat with Mary and Rebecca.
DeleteMaybe Willy will feature you one week on his new TV show.
DeleteSo the ACLU is supporting Windsor, eh? Easy enough to check. Aaaand no they're not.
DeleteYou see, in Married To Windsor World (where Snoozan goes when she consumes adequate volumes of alcohol), it is Windsor who always has the upper hand. Police, Prosecuting Attorneys and Judges have reason to fear Windsor's mighty wrath. Anyone prosecuting Windsor is always one inevitable miscalculation away from finding themselves behind bars, saying shit like, "Drat! You've bested us all again, Windsor!"
DeleteSame ACLU that offices with the filmmaker that wants to film Windsor's trial? Yeah, we'll go with that.
DeleteSnicker! ^^ ^^ hoofs up ROTFL
Susan HarbisonSeptember 20, 2015 at 12:09 AM
DeleteHow do you think the ACLU became involved 11:52? LMAO
Yup, LMAO. How did we get from Windsor sent the ACLU information at 2 AM on a Friday morning to the ACLU is involved by Sunday morning? I'm sure Windsor's problems are so extreme and important that the ACLU spent the weekend pouring over Windsor's drivel. Dream on, SH. And check out the comments under Windsor's ACLU post. The other lemmings aren't even fooled in this one.
That's just poor Susan trying to be relevant somewhere. She's using the Windsor approach- just lie to get attention.
DeleteOnce upon a time, when SVG got her own serving of butthurt by being disregarded as "THE" most knowledgeable voice among the Lawless (in her faceblind mind) she said Windsor was a liar. She noted how "others" also saw his inability to tell the truth. This was when she decided to form the first failed forum for others to discuss Windsor's failures and letdowns. She didn't believe him then, so why does she believe him now?
DeleteShe actually thinks JC didn't file the Brief on time? HAHAHAHA
She actually thinks the ACLU will help Windsor? HAHAHAHA
She actually thinks by posting those things here--that somehow will scare anyone? HAHAHAHA
Even she knows Windsor is a liar, and has said it numerous times. If the only way she can get anyone to talk to her, is siding with Windsor? Helping him out with his moronic games? And trying to get a rise that way? AHAHAHAHAHA!! WOW!! You know she's got to be desperate.
The weekend ACLU crew! Ggiggle!
DeleteWhen that hose came loose, laid up against the exhaust manifold and caught fire on that Montana highway, if you'd been riding with Windsor, you could have almost literally seen the light bulb appear above his head.
ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHA what a visual !!
DeleteCar fires account for about 20% of reported fires due to problems such as: Leakey fluids, frayed wired, overheating, negligence and impacts. It is recommended to pull over, kill the ignition and evacuate. The different fuels are toxic when inhaled and is the leading cause of car fire related death. Remember that a few years ago there were a number of freeway shootings, and that Windsor loves conspiracies and violence. His brain simply decided to insert himself as the hero who survived. As the family member of a mechanic who saved a cop from a burning car, and another family member who's car was shot at, I do not find his story amusing.
DeleteI assume there were zero reports from the Highway Patrol about bullet holes in that vehicle. No matter to Windsor. Not the sort of things lemmings check. Well, there's actually nothing they would check. I'm waiting for Windsor to say, "Sean Boushie killed me. I'm dead." The lemmings would mourn him, never asking why it is he's still posting on Facebook and filing briefs. Then Mary would claim to be also dead, of HIPAA violations.
DeleteWith no disrespect to the mechanic that saved the cop, the whole thing is amusing when you consider Windsor inserted himself as hero in an impossible situation. Have y'all ever seen a shot up car catch on fire anywhere but in the movies?
DeleteIrene Holmes: "Congratulate bill for win in Montana court."
ReplyDeleteWait. When exactly did Bill win in any Montana court? Never. That's when.
Windsor: "Of the many corrupt things done to me in Montana, my civil case against Sean Boushie and the University of Montana was dismissed by a Magistrate Jeremiah C. Lynch. Lynch said it was frivolous, made fanciful claims, and other such crap. I had over 500 pages of sworn testimony and thousands of documents in the Court record. The Defendants had zero (0). What a crook."
ReplyDeleteI'm going to correct this, Bill. The defendants don't have to have anything. They're not even defendants until the court agrees that you have a case. So it's not like these folks tried to address your points and failed. These folks probably haven't even read your case against them AND THEY DON'T NEED TO. The court has once again found your complaints meaningless such that it says these would-be defendants needn't bother.
As for this one Judge's opinion of one of your efforts, it stands with a dozen or so others like it, and none (zero, nada) unlike it. It isn't just the prevailing description of your case against humanity AND your legal abilities, it is the ONLY result we've seen. Have you anything from any judge, Windsor, that says, wow, Bill really makes some good points here? No! They're all like this one.
So when SVG's attempts to prop up George McDermott for Congress failed, she then tried to prop of Brian Vaeth and her toilet Bomber as his running mate for Baltimore Governor. Both were disqualified for not meeting the voter registration requirements.
ReplyDeleteVaeth was an injured firefighter who says he was denied his benefits. His platform sounds familiar:
"To guard against improper influence...we must maintain a process where the people can remove the bad apples...For years, our elected and appointed officials have treasonously failed to do this...We can RESTORE BALTIMORE to what made us great by doing just what we are instructed to do and the only way we are going to do that is to re-establish the Commonlaw system of justice that was enacted by our founders."
http://www.vaeth4gov.com/myplan.html
Vaeth then pro-se-sued for his removal and demanded a restraining order, blaming another candidate.
http://www.quintonreport.com/tag/brian-vaeth/
His complaints included among other things the criticism he received for trying to file with the IRS as tax exempt and filing for other grants. One look at the form and it's pretty clear who was helping him. There's also this nugget:
"Many Maryland citizens have sought to have criminal charges placed against various government officials through the use of our system of justice and the grand jury process only to be denied access or opportunity by the US Attorney's Office. This petition alleges that the US
Attorney abuses his discretion to present criminal indictments in cases which allege crimes of perjury against our elected and appointed officials. Because trust in government must be of paramount concern and must be maintained at all times, criminal allegations presented against these officials by citizens deserve a full and complete investigation by the grand jury."
http://www.vaeth4gov.com/Cummings.pdf
HAHA ... I just thought about something, Windsor claims to have thousands and thousands of friends/followers on Facebook IF he really did, being so braggadocios he would certainly be showing that friend count ( 5,000) is the limit and have a 2nd "Fan Page" as well for the overflow after he reached the 5,000 limit.
ReplyDeleteBUT, no ...Windsor hides how many friends he has and IMHO the reason he hides his friend count is because IMHO he only has a couple hundred ( if that friends) His posts have never got thousands of likes, not even hundreds of likes and it's the same handful of "friends" that like or comment on his page and posts ( around 10-15 people) HAHA I bet he has less than 200 friends in actuality.
Sept 18, 2015--"Evelyn Case-- where are our stories???? Came all the way to DC to be videoed with high hopes,"
ReplyDeleteAll crickets on the Lawless front. Like many with high hopes that DC was going to be the start--to the end of their problems--it's still sad to see people suffering while Windsor is too busy to be bothered following through with his false promises. This is just another example of the evil that is Windsor, and how he maliciously mislead people who truly believed in him--when his sole (black soul) purpose of using them, was for self promotion. That kind of bad karma will follow him for a long, long time.
***correction***Sept 16
DeleteEvelyn obviously hasn't got the YouTube link to hers.
DeleteI can't find that Evelyn did a video with Windsor. Her case reads like a 48Hours or Dateline mystery. Her son (Byron) is serving a life sentence for murder. Wrongfully convicted, of course. It appears she joined up with LA in DC.
DeleteIn the course of looking for Evelyn, I found Angela Ehlers. She's trying to free her husband, who she says was wrongfully convicted for molesting a little girl.
I wonder if she read any of the court record. He admitted to everything the little girl said he did, except for oral sex. But Angie appears to be the 3rd or 4th wife, it doesn't look like she was around when all this happened. The little girl was 4 at the time of assault, she made an outcry when she was 8.

On a post Windsor made regarding "The Supreme Court Overturns Conviction In Online Threats Case, Citing Intent," One Way Windsor actually thinks this ruling will help "him" in his criminal case. I'd have to say, yes it will help the case, but not help "him".
ReplyDeleteYour clear intent was to violate the TOP. You also clearly stated that you would hunt and sue ie: Harass, defame, slander, sue--with malicious intent for revenge, until the end of your days. I believe you even posted that that was not a threat--it was a promise. (Intent dickhead)
"Lawless America-- Renee, I don't like the decision either BUT it is helpful in my criminal case."
Then there is always the other issues of Tampering with Evidence, and interfering with a criminal investigation.

Run time: :30:19 HD Please share widely!
HAHAHAHA Awesome. Great job!
DeleteThat's now several movies about Windsor's non movie!! One might say it's a great compilation of "Documentaries" documenting his stalking and suing for a documentary he never intended on making. Bahaha BRAVO!!
Whoop, whoop, whoop!!!!!! Loved it!!!!!
DeleteThe work you put in to that-wow. Thanks for the laughs!
DeleteJust glancing over at BillSchit on Facebook & Windsor is blathering about being a fan of the Dallas Cowboys since he was in elementary school...the Cowboys didn't really gain a lot of attention until 1964, joined the NFL in 1960.
ReplyDeleteJust how freaking long was Windsor in elementary school? Damn, pesky details & math just totally elude Windsor...
HAHAHAHA You know he doesn't do math or memory of facts. It's Wing-it-Windsor. Hopes it sticks, and when it doesn't and you point it out, he'll just sue for defamation. Hahahahaha
DeleteIt must be a lonely boring weekend over in Windsor World. Maybe he can watch the new Billsh*t movie. Pretty funny stuff in there.
Maybe he could share it to his facebook friends. Still the closest some will get to being in HIS movie.
Windsor is ragging on the quality of the University of Montana again. Must be expecting more bad news this coming week.
ReplyDeleteUofMT law school? Windsor doesn't know anything about law school. Windsor didn't recieve a law degree or pass the bar. Windsor's opinion or perception of something he knows nothing of, is similar to all his blather, just blather.
DeleteAnd I agree, Windsor is expecting another bitchslap from real legal professionals soon. #ProSeBaby!
Maybe he already got the bad news...and he's just working up his next drama packed POS article. He is after all preDICKtaBILL!
DeleteWindsor: "THE UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA IS RANKED NEXT TO LAST IN THE RANKINGS OF MAJOR UNIVERSITIES. THE LAW SCHOOL IS ALSO TOWARD THE BOTTOM OF THE HEAP. IS IT ANY WONDER THE AUTHORITIES IN MONTANA DON'T KNOW THE LAW OR THE CONSTITUTION?"
ReplyDeleteThey do seem to know which appellate court handles what and when, Bill. No silly rookie mistakes from them. Those are all yours.
Bill Windsor updated his cover photo.

What a dolt. That's not his legislation. If you make it all the way to the end there is a disclaimer: Notes: This legislation is primarily the work of the late Nancy Schaefer, a child's rights activist who served as a Senator in the Georgia Senate.
OMG!! HAHAHA he hijacked someone elses work? AGAIN? And is trying to pass it off as his own? HAHAHAHAHA Yeah--such an honest, upstanding, and ethical creature he is.
DeleteThe CPS/FAMILY COURT stuff was an after thought to him anyway. He got the majority of followers through those groups than he did with the others he was soliciting. He didn't even like them! Oh wow. Did y'all know Dennis Andrew Ball is running for president?
ReplyDeletehttp://www.aoa-anc.org/
Mr. Ball appears to be another vexatious litigant.

http://www.leagle.com/decision/In%20AZCO%2020121113007/IN%20THE%20MATTER%20OF%20ESTATE%20OF%20BLUNT
¶13 Ball's appeal is frivolous. Since 2005, Ball has filed numerous petitions, actions and pleadings against Blunt and his Estate in the Maricopa County Superior Court, United States District Court for the District of Arizona, United States Bankruptcy Court, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, all of which arose from the same event.5 In each case, Ball's claims were dismissed; he nevertheless continues to litigate against Blunt's Estate. For the reasons set forth in this decision, this conduct is unreasonable and a violation of both ARCAP 25 and A.R.S. § 14-1105. We therefore award the PR its reasonable costs and attorneys' fees upon its compliance with ARCAP 21.
Well that IS funny!!
DeleteToo bad Windsor didn't just wrap up this pesky little criminal trial issue. He could be a running companion of Dennis'. Windsor is the KING of smear... and he really shoulda focused on his ability of being the Billshit artist of the century. Had he taken the past few years to ramp up a running campaign, instead of a fake movie, he could actually BE running for President. That way he'd be really, really close to his Windsor World in real life.
Facepalm Windsor? Your followers are taking a chance...all you've got are mounting losses in federal and civil courts. Awwwww. Missed it by THAT much--once again.
I read through Billy's " Monday Moanin" post about Magistrate Jeremiah C. Lynch and Windsor filing a Appellants brief with the ninth circuit ( read the actual long, long, long filing ) and, correct me if I'm wrong but is he saying in it that Magistrate Jeremiah C. Lynch as well Thrash have declared him a vexatious litigant? At first I thought it was just a cut and paste of old appeals but it is dated Sept. 17 2015 ...
ReplyDeleteI thought it was actually Judge Larson. I posted this on the previous page.
Deletehttps://www.courtlistener.com/opinion/2677872/boushie-v-windsor/
Yes, Lynch ruled him Vexi and barred him from any further filings in his court, all of MT Federal courts, and ruled Windsor could not bring any further actions against Boushie based on all of Windsor's allegations. Judge Larson also ruled him Vexi un MT District court, as well as being ruled Vexi in Pennington South Dakota.
DeleteNinja, I may have misspoke maybe it did say Judge Larson not Thrash, but I read it to say that Magistrate Jeremiah C. Lynch has declared it as well ?????? That's what I'm confused about
DeleteThanks Anon@911 .. I thought that's what I read in his billshit appeal ( and, am wondering with those orders from Lynch, how he is still filing all his bullshit?
DeleteI don't go to his website (I think he has some malware or something on there), so I don't know what his dirty, skid-marked brief says, but that link does show that Honorable Judge Larson also labeled him Vexatious.
DeleteIKR Ninja about the malware but I figure at this point LE, Ms.Clark etc .. are going to his website and reading his crap as well so what's he going to do track and sue them, too? Lol hopefully they can use it ( his having malware) to get Facebook to remove his Facebook page as it has links to a site with malware which is a violation of Facebook's TOS ( just a thought)
DeleteThe courts need to charge him with perjury now. He asked for it by showing that they never do, when he lies out of his ass in these "Sworn affidavits."
DeleteJust one example. He claimed he only sued Boushie in one other case--TX. LIE. There is the civil case AND a declaratory judgment in TX alone. He's playing semantics. His harassment of Boushie extends also to all the attempted orders of protection Windsor tried to file and lost in how many states? Windsor attempted to sue Boushie in SD AND get orders of protection there several times, including filing a Federal Case using the alleged names Windsor clearly states Boushie also uses. Exactly how many states has Windsor attempted to harass Boushie by filing something, somewhere, whether it was denied or not?
Windsor has no credibility as far as I can tell and lies repeatedly. How many lies are in there about the GA cases and orders? Why is he trying to re-argue the validity of Thrash's orders in every single court case he loses? Like it has any relevance to the current issues? Just wasting time and bogging down the courts who have to wade through all his crap. Ridiculous. I feel sorry for the courts and Judges who he is clearly mocking, taunting, and harassing with all this meritless idiocy.

DeleteScary, Spam. I don't think Windsor is as deep as Hinckley, though.
DeleteI'd say he is in as deep. He is using his sickness of vindictiveness and vexatiousness, for mass admiration from the lemmings, by using the courts as his weapon to get their attention.
DeleteLook how they froth at the mouth with each shitty false allegation he makes, each frivolous court filing etc. Some going so far as to make threats on his behalf. Some helping him with his frivolous filings, and others with their sleuthing. I believe he is very dangerous and deceptive in his own way.
Y'all are right, Ninj.

ReplyDeleteNope. You'll be among other rightfully convicted people. It aint "Lawless America" in there Windsor--and it won't be a website with a strange demented old man behind the screen. Or a twisted old man behind the camera filming idiots who believe they are innocent just like their frivolous leader. It's called the "Justice System" and you should really get used to it. You've batted zero over several years of whining about mass corruption.
Funny how those who do break the laws, get held accountable. You're no exception. You like to post the stories of those "Government officials" who get caught, but you fail to acknowledge--they got caught. No corruption...Justice. January? It'll come faster than you can copy/paste some writ of madmansanus, or other such nonsense you file.
Exactly. They got caught and punished. It's called justice.
DeleteOh Lets review and xplain how the ex parte temporary order of Protection that the State of Montana claims was valid for 547 days without a hearing. If we don;t remember that before the court had time to set a hearing an appeal was filed to the Montana court of Appeals. Which the TOP at the district level was put on hold. What? Put on hold? No Way? Isn't that what Bill always wants to happen in the lower court when he files an appeal everything else to stop.
ReplyDeleteThen it took months for the court of appeals to uphold that this TOP would be valid until changed. Windsor you then filed it in the Montana supreme court. They upheld that the TOP was valid against you. But your fall on a sunny and 70 degree fall must had made you forget all of this. All Ms. Clark has to do is give the judge the already argued outcome of upholding of the TOP being valid and in effect until changed. Is that not due process. Arguing and all of those motions you filed with the state against it all was one long process.
So while you were researching you should had tried ro be remembering what happened. I am sure you do. I am sure that Jennifer Clark knows that a Criminal Court is not to be used to reargue the validity of a TOP that was already decided by the Montana Supreme Court.
Documenting the lies of Windsor for drama is getting so much easier because they are coming closer and closer together. Just the other day, Windsor was claiming he was in an emailing war with JC over his perception that she failed to file her brief on time. Remember he said shortly after 5 pm, he sent over his nanienaniebooboo to the court? Trying to tattle on her? This got such a rise out of the lemmings, Roy Pilkey told JC and others to be very worried?
ReplyDeleteYeah, about that. Now Windsor says the brief is due on the 23rd. Do any Lemmings ask Windsor about his blustery Billshit from the other day? Noooo. They just keep on rolling in the clown car. Just like Snoozan, who came here to "school" us about the brief. (kinda shoots her ACLU comment out of the water too...) Not credible Snooze. Not one single thing you ever say has any merit--just like your loser leader and his entire life history as a vexi POS.
Basically, when he says anything, if he doesn't post the actual proof, they shouldn't comment to him any more. They all look even more foolish now. Just like he has this entire time. But, it is a great example of how it really doesn't matter what he says, they just blindly follow their cult leader.
You're right. Every time Windsor claims a victory, Snooze runs over here (always drunk would be a good guess) to celebrate. Just once you'd think it would be based upon some microscopic thread of reality instead of 100% grade A horse shit. Once! Nope. Not so far.
ReplyDeleteBill Windsor: "I believe in God. Don't know about Jennifer Clark. She's a prosecutor. Do they believe in God?"
ReplyDeleteMeans nothing. Virtually all prisoners in every prison do as well. God seems to thrive on incarceration.
Ahh...he's just now getting caught up on his reading where I asked when was the last time he talked about God, and with the recent headlines, he was hoping that he could make her religious views the issue. How lame. And we all know Bill knows no god besides himself. He might want to remember that the Mormons believe there is a jail in the afterlife.
DeleteWindsor's latest misconstruing of facts:
ReplyDeleteTHE CLOCK IS TICKING AT THE OFFICE OF THE MISSOULA COUNTY ATTORNEY IN MISSOULA MONTANA.
"William M. Windsor is delighted to hear this last sentence. It repeats the theme that Judge James A. Haynes conveyed at the hearing on September 9, 2015 when he instructed Jennifer Clark to file a brief by September 23 in response to his request to have her explain how the ex parte temporary order of Protection that the State of Montana claims was valid for 547 days without a hearing did not violate the Constitutional right to due process...."

DA130785- Montana Supreme Court - DECISION - Boushie TOP UPHELD - 06102014
"This Court will not overturn a district court's decision to continue, amend, or make permanent an order of protection absent an abuse of discretion."
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwuJELw67UrDS1dmRUNnU1oxUmM/view?usp=sharing
"#6 - A hearing on the TOP was scheduled for September 9, 2013. Boushie filed a request to affirm and extend the order of protection in the District Court on September 17, 2013. Windsor moved to vacate the TOP. He also moved for discovery regarding a number of different things, including Boushie's mental health and online activities. He sought a jury trial and substitution of the judge." [pg 4]
#7 - The District Court denied Windsor's requests and, ultimately, affirmed the Municipal Court's decision regarding the TOP. In its order, the District Court also determined that it was necessary to issue an injunction because of Windsor's 'extraordinary abuse of the state judicial system by repeatedly filing frivolous, malicious and vexatious lawsuits...' " [pg 4]
"#8 - This Court will not overturn a district court's decision to continue, amend, or make permanent an order of protection absent an abuse of discretion." [pg 4]
What-Huh? I thought he was sporting his GPS ankle bracelet & ordered NOT to file anything more.
ReplyDelete"BILL WINDSOR SENDS SPECIAL THANKS TO HIS POST OFFICE ANGELS
There are sweet people scattered all around America who are kind enough to receive an envelope from me by overnight mail containing letters and court filings to be mailed from their location.
This enables my location to remain confidential. That along with hidemya$$.com and never using my cellphone.
So, to my wonderful friends in Florida, Georgia, Rhode Island, Michigan, Texas, Utah, Idaho, California, and Tahiti. THANK YOU!
I enjoy playing location games with the bad guys.
I mastered electronic filing in Texas today. Sure wish I'd known a pro se party could do it before i spent a fortune in June."
Those people who are helping him are accomplices who should be charged and yes we know he has a couple. But this is the man who also overstates how many likes and followers he has. He would love us to believe he has more people willing to help him break the law than he has in reality. The longer this plays out, the more scared people will be to help him.
DeleteCongratulations Billy for your "big win" on learning how to file electronically. Too bad you couldn't read well enough nearly a year ago to find the 82-page "Pro Se Litigant Guide" on the 10th COA's home page.
DeleteHe's miserly like that. But he enjoys plastering people with paper too much to give that up.
DeleteYup, @Anon 5:14pm a real ProS aficionado, huh? Derrrrrrrrr!
Delete#Facepalm
Bill's obviously ignoring orders and injunctions that he not file further actions. He's probably safe in doing that, too. Unless the issuing institutions, judges and justices want to enforce those, they shouldn't issue them. They actually deserve to have them thrown right back in their faces. If they're going to allow Windsor to push them around, they're not doing their damn jobs very well. Bill continues to terrorize because THEY LET HIM. I mean come on. What's the definition of contempt? Throw his fat ass in jail.
ReplyDeleteYep. I've thought the same things about the TX appellate court too. Give him time frames, he blows them. Tells him they will dismiss, they don't. Judge Carroll order him to serve people properly, and he never did. Still doesn't. I honestly can't understand why HE hates the courts when they feed into his shit like they do.
DeleteBut, it's all going to end the same for him. It's just a shame the courts are making the taxpayers foot the bills for ALL their stupid games.
HAHAHAHAHAHA - I'm pretty sure Montana LE & JC know exactly where his FAT ASS is.( damn that pesky GPS ankle bracelet)

Yeah--He's all kinds of slick slickerson. Not!
DeleteN.O.T.A.R.Y.
SMH dumbass
Another near death experience and guess who forgot his trusty camera...
ReplyDeleteWonder why didn't he just use/turn on the one he say's he secretly has in his baseball cap? You know he had a baseball cap on that giant egghead of his ( to hide the thinning hair-bald spots, in addition to secretly taking pic's/video with it ) Lol !!
DeleteOr his creepy up-skirt spy watch...
DeleteLol, Spam !
DeleteThis is interesting: "Bill Windsor was headed to Montana because that's where he will be standing trial for Felony Tweeting."
DeleteWhy's. He headed for Montana now if the trial isn't until January? Something is going on. Bit of an overplayed hand?
Windsor: "It's 2:00 am MDT on September 23, 2015, and the Cuckoo Clock is ticking away as a small army of Missoula County attorneys must be working all night trying to figure out how to respond to my seven motions to dismiss and one "motion to dismiss" from Judge James A. Haynes."
ReplyDeleteWhat I see is that Bill is up at 0200 hrs worried the prosecution's brief will tell the Judge some fairly astounding things he hadn't planned for.
Like for instance, how does Windsor keep saying SB tried to murder him based upon evidence the state supreme court found ridiculous? Might SB have a right to not be called an attempted murderer?
DeleteMary Deneen: "Cock-a-dodle-do... It's Time to Wake Up...in Missoula."
ReplyDeleteWindsor World. Where Bill is continually mere hours away from having Montana's entire legal system in checkmate. Never works out, of course, but then their memories are so very short term rental. Mary wakes up on a new planet after every nap.
